If presidential immunity did not cover Trump‘s actions, then it absolutely didn’t cover Obama’s actions or Biden’s.
You can’t change the law after the fact and not include all past presidents.
If they want to strip immunity from the presidential office, that has to be a separate law or change in the law.
How are they even talking about this without introducing a change in the law to be voted on?
