Now that tenki got limited, Ancient Warriors became kinda less consistant, a lot...
I've never played VW, even when VFD was at 3, just might main this now...
I have so many replays saved with tenki at 3 for ancient warriors lol, it's too good in the deck. I started running the other fire formation that allows two normal summons. I get ya though, it really feels inconsistent.
However we can run small world to fill in that 2 tenki spaces, it's not as good as it's a neg 1 but any ancient warrior in hand can search any other ancient warrior with small world. Also you can search any kaiju besides the dark one with small world

With E-tele at 2 I have consistently ended with boards consisting of: Chuche, Crystal wing, Caliga and totem bird OR boards such as Chuche, Shenshen, gossip shadow and totem bird with 1 hand trap in hand if if open an E-tele. This deck got infinitely faster and better with this buff.
Having a target to play is so important. E tele to 2 is so good

3:00 Yacine, in this combo you're supposed to add lao lao. You can easily send Jiji off lao lao and then make an M7 to add it back to get to a better result.
5:45 And this play is really bad when you could just send Chuche at first instead of Xuanwu lol. Since you search the City, you're guaranteed to have a card you can set. So instead of Charge Warrior you go into Coral Dragon. Then you increase Jiji by 3. Then you make Tzolkin, set City to trigger Tzolkin, and then you can flip City and continue your plays with your other hand effect. Not trying to hate or anything just hopefully sharing the more optimal lines so we can all get better.
Ok I see you play Coral Dragon. Yeah depending on your draw off Coral, the board is just way better without popping your own Chuche. That play probably should never happen.
@@Boristien405 I agree with the laolao play you mentionned in the first comment, you end on an extra M7 with absolutely no extra commitment which is great.
However your 2nd comment is illogical, rewatch the video again and you'll understand. If I send chuche instead of Xuanwoo I can't get the extra double monsters from grave, so this is the only way to get to Dragoon. You're trying to end on Chuche + Crystal Wing while I'm trying to end on Dragoon + Crystal Wing
@@yacine656 So I guess assuming you draw something bad like another City, I would end on Chuche + Crystal Wing and more cards for follow up. I guess if you're dedicated to Dragoon sure, but I think my method is a bit better. The Charge Warrior should just be a Coral Dragon imo, and you send Chuche with Lulu instead of Xuanwu. You'll have way more cards in hand since you don't have to depend on Xuanwu usage or Dragoon negate. But yeah you're right with just these cards that's the only way to access Dragoon I think. You don't have enough cards to go into Jiujiu instead of Charge and get nyan live first I don't think.
@@Boristien405 "your" method is something too obvious and easy to achieve that wasn't worth featuring. Thats why I wanted to show a combo where you had to go out of your way to get to Dragoon, it's just an option IF you wanna go down that path and I very clearly mentionned that, you just commented too early
hey yacine i think you should play something other than cosmic cyclone as your backrow removal since the deck already loses hard to lancea.

I prefer Caliga to Dragoon. Sure you get a negate, but your hand is already so thin at the end of the combo.
Besides, you don't get any of the pops! But it does come down to what players want.
I do the same but I side dragoon for some matchups.
Itâs probably better to have both so you have options

VW its excellent i love the deck. About tzolkin I do the same in the oponnet turn but with the eldlich instead and for me it work good. Some people say that I'm crazy, until I win. Its not that I win always but it feel good when I do.

You can play the trident dragunity guy that lets you send cards from the extra deck, depending on your set up, like use it to send itself and another card to send two from your opponents extra, send the set lost wind then set it next turn and summon crystal wing, or against striker just send 3 to send 3 kagari lol and have a shen shen out, thats pretty much gg
Yacine have you tried the utopia beyond/gaia build for zeus? It's insane imo. Plus utopia beyond/stardust charge warrior can win games on their own. The package is nuts

I might swap out the Gamma package for 3 Crossout + Nib. And Maybe one Desires for another handtrap like Veiler but it's personal preference.

I am using this deck in Master Duel right now, and since Dragoon is forbidden, I have tried to substitute it with Borreload Savage Dragon. However, I don't think it fits the deck. Whad do you think I could use instead of Dragoon? :3
I really believe you beatrice combo is better and you may have people that missed that combo last time.

Honest you can drop caliga and dragoon and mudragon play final sigma and another xyz monster
You can use dragulas, don't remember the name of the xyz but its really good. I know its not good but you can use i;p with unicorn. Whattt link in VW: jajajajaja i use anaconda with red eyes-fusion with dark magician with red-eyes.
You could use the spell to negate Shenshen then do tzolkin stuff

@@enzopiccino9499Yep and tribrigade, VFD VW and pranks have topped their consistently just like they have here. Although, a player from the ocg that yacine interviewed did say that the deck was topping had a lot to do with representation.
However, we have crossout now, so thatâs a big advantage they have there that we do now
