I don’t know what it is exactly, but I really like this dude...There’s something extremely calming about him.
I don’t know why but he looks like my engineering teacher from my school
I definitely agree. There is a very calming tone he has.
I just think he’s lovely. He seems like such a nice and kind person….
When Hugh sang 'but when I stop and see you here, I remember who all this was for,' that is so true to what was actually happening that day. Beautiful moment.
If you’re not crying when he’s singing that song, you are when he says that.
God, Hugh just has this charisma about him that can light up a room. And that song is so beautiful the performer in him just couldn't NOT sing it. It would be against his nature.
The entire ensemble- it's like they were singing for their lives
Hugh Jackman singing "from now on" in his higher register, is like the phantom in the phantom of the opera singing "sing for me"... the energy just increases each time he says it.
During this he broke open like 10-15 (can't remember how many) stitches and had to get his nose stitched back up afterwards.
I noticed there's a part of the video where he touches his nose as if to see if it's bleeding
There is so much positive energy in this room, it is amazing. We should pester hugh Jackman to ask for a release of the whole session. I would buy a DVD on the spot.
You were right to worry bout his nose. If you notice he keeps touching his nose as the song goes on. This is because he busted his stitches and had to go get them fixed immediately after this.
You are the only person who I've seen notice the Broadway people! Great reaction!
First off, like many others have commented, well done on pointing out Jeremy Jordan. I still wish he could have been in the film. I also think that Jackman may be one of the most underrated actors/artists/singers in Hollywood. That guy is amazing!
Totally agree. You can see the pure joy in everything he does.
at around the 5:15 mark and again at the end you can see him check his nose for blood bc he can feel those stitches coming out
jck 1794 yeah. You can also see him notice the blood but just shrug it off.
This energy is why the show needs to be on Broadway. It would be a hit!
Lola Sky, you are so right. As Michael Gracey said later, "“It was a euphoric moment. The man that everyone had come to hear sing was finally singing," and Jeremy was just lifted out of himself. His hero was only three feet away, belting it out, and Jeremy had carried him to that moment.
I love how Jeremy just happily let Hugh go
His vocal range is amazing!
I cry every time I hear this song and watch the film........MAGIC!!!!!!!!
Think about the following: Hugh was always booked for X-Men and so on. He always wished to be seen as a real actor. And now listen the song again.
Actually, he started out on the stage doing musicals, Oklahoma is one that I saw way back in the 80's. He also did a remake of the film. Very versatile actor, and I have heard very modest also! You go Hugh!
Don't forget the great Cynthia Erivo! Tony Award Winner for The Color Purple.
That Hugh Jackman can really sing!
I have seen so many musically, but this is something unbelievable
This is an amazing song performed by an amazing group of performers.
So much talent and energy in that room!!
If this song doesn't get you moving, then you have no heartbeat!
Your voice is so soft and soothing its lovely to listen to. And your reactions are so genuine they truly are a joy to watch!
Yep, that was Jeremy Jordan (good catch!) and since they did the read-through in NYC most of the singers were from Broadway. Behind Jeremy, the other guy you recognized, was Ben Thompson who has been a staple in the cast of Waitress like forever - with Keala for much of it.
This is such an amazing song and you know Hugh loved it and just couldn't NOT sing, it's not in him.
In reading other comments on this number, apparently, he had to go back to the hospital after this workshop to get his stitches put back in, and his Dr. said, "You sang, didn't you!"
You remind me of Pooh Bear!! I love it!!
I love your reactions. You have the sweetest disposition and your reactions are perfect.
80sKayB I love his disposition too, that’s a good description. Very calming
What an amazing green light performance ♥
The girl with burgundy scarf is Loren Allred ❤️
The blonde guy was Broadway Superstar Andrew Keenan Bolger.
Thank you for doing this reaction. This is my favourite video at the moment. Such a feel good one.
I know this is an older video but I just wanted to say thank you for reacting to this one! this is my favorite song in the whole movie!
Love Jackman! 💙
I only watched a few videos of yours and already can tell you're a theater fan! So happy to see someone recognizing the bway people!
I waited for this video so long :D this was awesome
Absolutely loved this ❣️
Your reactions are lovely and you are very calming. Subscribed!
Very great Video. What a great movie...cant wait for the Musical to come on stage.
Greetings from Germany

Aww youre so sweet 😊

Rob i think l love you reacting more than the orginal video LOL your adorable !!! im addicting to seeing u hahaha
I enjoy watching but I am miffed that Jeremy Jordan got overlooked for his work & dedication.
Andrew Keenan Bolger also from newsies is in there as well
@4:20
Brad: I'm Brad Majors and this is my fiance, Janet Vice.
Janet: *whispers* Wiess!
Brad: *ahem* Wiess
Dude as much as you're into Broadway and theater, if this was a subtle homage to RHPS, it was absolutely genius. If not, it was the greatest accident in the history of accidents!!!
I think that the strawberry blonde guy in the back row is Peter Hollens (who also have a You Tube channel).
React to never enough official lyric video from the greatest showman
It's one of my favourites from the movie
The lady with the yellow hair is Cynthia Erivo and she's amazing. You should react to the tribute done to Prince on the day he died. It's her and Jennifer Hudson because they were doing 'The Color Purple' on Broadway at the time. czcams.com/video/dGd40FXp3qU/video.html
❤😍
You should react to "never enough" lyric video from the greatest showman
That guy was Andrew from newsies
Please react to Cynthia Erivo ‘Always/Goodnight’ by Scott Alan. It’s such a lovely song and an amazingly sincere performance 💕
If you still haven’t seen it you got some explaining to do lol
i dont care how stonecold a executive you are after this and "this is me" you sign them papers
hey rob, can you tell me why you arent reacting to pentatonixes havana :( ?
It took me forever to watch that video and I LOVE Pentatonix; Just really REALLY hate that song.
well but rob can react to it even if he hates the song, or?
Of course. I'm just suggesting that that might be a reason as to why it's not high on his priorities; Not that he's never going to watch it, just might not be in a hurry to.
You r so sweet
If you love this song...check out Musicality (a Chicago high school group) doing From Now On

If you have the time, I'd also suggest looking at some of Carrie Manolakos videos. She's the singer with black hair in the front row at 5:43 Her most famous cover is Creep if you want to start there czcams.com/video/aZ5ZclZTeTU/video.html but every one of them is amazing. czcams.com/users/CarrieManolakosMusic
what happened to his stiches?? O.O
stitches
He tore them singing and had to have them redone
Please react to Drake's music video for God's Plan! It's so touching.
