Top of my foot got hurt doing pogo hops. I guess I'm going too high too quickly.
Would you recommend wearing a weight vest? I'm thinking 10% of bodyweight. Many thanks
I would only do that for maybe 1-2 movements at most. Probably even more beneficial to do all 6 unweighted and then a few weighted jumps on a different day.
