Yes he is. Sorry for the confusion. Fawkes is translated as Felix in Dutch Harry Potter books, our native language. We didn't realise we should have used Fawkes.

Sorry to confuse you. He's called Fawkes in English.
The Dutch translation of Fawkes is... Felix. (our native language)
He's called Fumseck in French.. and so on.
