Hey James! The work that you are putting in is very inspiring. Could you share if taking digital notes on an iPad or tablet is worth the shift from notebooks? Do you ever feel like going back to the analog system for notes like you maintain a pocket notebook?

Love your content! How do you go about setting time to create flash cards? Often I find a friction when studying is also the act of creating the material but once it's all set up it's quite effective
Yeah When i watch my lectures i tend to create them i think this part is really helpful to spend more time so that whne you review them its easier (:

1. Read can't hurt me ( helps to find a drive a why i don't really know how to describe it) 2. i use anki and mindmaps to link and group concepts

In regards to working out, have you checked out the youtuber K Boges, he shares a very similar philosophy with exercise as you do and you might find him interesting. Great vid as always man.

How do you divide your time during deep work? as in do you study for 4 hrs directly or with short brks of 5 mins?
i take some breaks but mostly try and force myself to stay and focus i found personally i find it hard to go back to work when i take a break

Hey good idea. If you want to use digital notes i would recommend the boox note air 3 it feels like paper and for reading its e ink. but i still like my pocket notebook for planning because it feels more mindful
