    Thank you Dr. Snipes. Excellent video. Thanks for the suggestions on how to keep a recovery journal and how to stay accountable. I find that how I feel emotionally can keep me in recovery or leading me towards relapse. Taking a look at the triggers and vulnerabilities, focusing on what makes us happy, setting SMART goals to live better, and rewarding ourselves are all very good and necessary steps.
