Ingredients:
For Dal and Rice :
Tovar Dal (1 hour soaked) - 1/2 cup
Moong Dal (1 hour soaked ) - 1/2 cup
Rice - 1 cup
Water - 4 cups
turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt According to Taste
Vegetables :
Water - 3 cups
Reddish - 6 to 7 Cubes
Desi Beans - 9 to 10 Piece
Pumkin - 9 to 10 Cubes
Small Brinjal - 3 nos
Sweet Potato _ 7 to 8 Cubes
Bottle Gourd - 9 to 10 Cubes
Drumstick - 1
Desi Cucumber - 8 to 9 Cubes
Green Peas - 2 tbsp
Salt According to Taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Sambhar Masala - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Tamarind Juice - 1 cup (Big Lemon Size of Tamarind )
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Seasoning 1 :
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 piece
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry Red Chili - 2 nos
Chopped Green Chili - 2 nos
Some Curry Leaves
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Grated Coconut - 2 tbsp
Seasoning 2 :
Oil - 1tsp
Sambhar Masala - 1 tbsp
Some Chopped Green Coriander

In kadamba their is separate powder we use not Sambar powder
We can use sambhar powder or kadamba powder, taste will come similar. Sambhar powder is easily available in market so everyone can make easily this recipe 😊
