The coat I chose from Mute by JL is classic and minimal. Its minimal style is something I have seen a lot of on Pinterest and Instagram recently. I think it's a great style for autumn or spring, as well as winter. You can layer up lots under this coat, which is key for being toasty in colder climates! Or you can simply wear one layer in the warmer seasons (like Autumn and Spring).

The outfits I have created for this outfits of the week lookbook video are mainly autumn outfits and spring outfits for Melbourne, Australia climate. If you are hoping to get some colder winter outfit inspiration you can simply layer up these outfits or just use the same colour scheme to get you inspired!
I use this same beige coat from Mute by JL in every outfit. I want to show you just how versatile a minimal beige coat can be. You can also get this versatility from a camel coat, but I think a beige coat goes that small way further.
This outfits of the week video is an outfit lookbook style. The coat lookbook starts after my short intro.
Mute by JL is a New York-based company that are known for their signature cashmere coats. What drew me to them first was their unique designs. They are on-trend but have their own signature touch to pieces as well. This makes their items pretty special!
My coat from Mute by JL is minimal in style, a lightweight fabric but SO warm, soft and luxurious. When I started styling this coat I couldn't believe how easy it was to throw on with so many of my favourite outfits. It goes with everything! Dark and light colours! It's the beige coat that ticks all boxes!

I personally love this style. The contrast is my favourite thing about that particular outfit! It’s like the contrast of wearing winter boots with summer dresses 😍 I’ve seen a lot of coats with sandals on the runway too, so I was going with that kind of vibe xx

In almost every other video I see the same mistake wrinkled cloth. Please steam it first because it ruins entire outfit and classy organized ladies never wear a wrinkled cloth.
elizaveta nazareva this is really upsetting to hear because I spend a lot of time before my videos steaming my outfits before my videos (and in ever day life.) Whatever wrinkles you have seen here were either naturally occurring from wearing the item or I just simply couldn’t get them out.
