OBASANJO MEETS ANOTHER AFENIFERE LEADER, AYO ADEBANJO IN LAGOS

- Former President Olusegun Obasanjo on Saturday met with another leader of the Yoruba socio-political group, Afenifere, Pa Ayo Adebanjo and some members of the organisation in Lagos, about a month after he met with pa Ayo Fashoranti in Akure, Ondo State.
The meeting at the home of Pa Adebanjo was held behind closed doors for about an hour.
The former President did not grant any press interview but his host Adebanjo and Afenifere's spokesperson, Yinka Odumakin told journalists that the historic visit was a session between friends and brothers to deliberate on issues affecting the Yoruba race and Nigeria.
Obasanjo who has been on a wide consultation across the country on Nigeria's political future, had visited the leader of Afenifere, Pa Ayo Fashoranti in Akure Ondo State earlier in May.

This is an insult on 70 million Nigerian youth...for this old people to determine the way we want to go when indeed they are responsible for where we have been and where we are today...please lets take our destiny in our hands...let a youth educate and enlighten another youth till we get the message across...why we can not continue this way...give them all RedCard!

OBJ. Bad belle. Can you imagine him running from pillar to post because of Buhari. He also visited Bode George whom he called a ‘ prisoner’. Fraternising with Gbenga Daniel whose cap was removed in the public by Iyabo Obasanjo & now the ‘defunct’ Afenifere. The ideals of Afenifere died with Baba Adesanya no longer with the ‘bread & butter ‘ Adebanjo, Odumakin etc. Yoruba ronu o. Enough of this selfish old cargos.

Afenifere is not the same as it was set up by pa Abraham adesanya . All these remnant afenifere are not representing Yoruba's interest. Obasanjo is feeling the heat now ran up to them. He must have given them some money now to fight against the government for him. When obasanjo was in power, he did not honor Afenifere. Obasanjo neither respect MKO abiola out of enviousness and jealous nor honor June 12. This odumakin used to be a spoke man for Buhari. He betrayal Buhari after he lost election and started campaigned for Jonathan after he collected money from Jonathan. History will judge you guys.

Leonard Orji Offor ! So Obasanjo & those Baba who has been around before independent should continue to dictate to us. There problem is that Buhari don't involve them in governance. All of them collected money from Jonathan & they openly supported him. No free money for them to share any more. Tinubu is currently the poweful Yoruba leader on earth , they should accept that as "God Almighty destiny " & work with him instead of all this Jamboree meeting with Obasanjo to divide Nigeria by preaching fake restructuring that they didn't preach during Jonathan & Obasanjo presidency. .... My friend either they like it or not they will fail on this journey. Buhari will fight this curruption to a logical conclusion & patriotic Nigerian will be greatful after his 8 year tenure. Nigerian youths should rise up to take over from these old and selfish leaders. While I love OBJ in the past as a good leader but I am beginning to sense some tactile romance with egocentric mannerisms unbecoming of a leader claiming to love Nigeria than anybody in Nigeria. By any sane credibility ratings, PMB is far better than OBJ. but my fear is that OBJ does not seem to perceive it that he is fast waning on credibility ratings. If there is a better candidate than Buhari, we should all consider voting for such candidate. But in the absence of any, PMB remains the only hobson choice .
Kenneth Moses, my friend God knows that I love a Nigeria where everything is working and functioning well, but however I will not even my self play hypocrisy with the fact that Buhari him self is still one of those recycling leaders this country have. IF you should tell you yourself a truth as it's is. Then BUHARI Tifinubu and all this old people that have been ruling us since the past how many years should all get out of the train. Everything OBJ if found guilty on, Buhari is as guilty as well.
