I hit my glove box and it came back on but it stops then I have to hit the glove box again and it started again

I have a 2016 KIA Sorento and the blower does not blow, but I had it checked and it works. It didn't work at any speed. The relay and fuse were tested and are fine. What would be the main problem of all this problem? I forgot to say that it doesn't work on high speed.
