  • Please note that after 1-1/2 years with these paint jobs, they are holding up fantastically well! These trucks sit outside 24/7 in the elements and haven't suffered one bit, other than the latex on the wheels. The Rustoleum flat black hasn't had a single issue on the wheels. The rusty panels I primed with Rustoleum's Rusty Primer haven't bled thru like the untreated CUCV hood did.

    Thanks for making this vid. I'll consider this for my 1983 Toyota pickup, which has a TDI and R150F in it thanks to your adapter plate and engine mounts. Mint!👌

    Do you think the military just had 3 separate paint sprayers loaded up to bang them out off the assembly line?

      I actually worked at a facility that won the bid to build the M939 beds. The CARC dries quickly, but not so quickly you can just lay one on top of another. There was maybe a 30-60 min gap between colors
