A dark gothic goddess. That's the woman in mind this season. Black, purple, and hints of fuchsia are the colors running through the whole collection, coming together in looks both high-glamour and hard-edged, diva and subversive.
Singular slashes cut across dresses and tops, while a series of precision cuts come together as graphic pattern details. Tough leather becomes fringing across biker jackets, leather pants and skirts. Jackets are worn over cascading chiffon dresses and skirts with macramé flourishes, creating a clash of structured and fluid forms, composure and impulsion. Slinky silhouette-enhancing dresses are finished in shiny metallic jersey. Shaggy, fur-like coats and miniskirts are crafted from upcycled production off-cut chiffon and lace in an environmentally responsible approach. Metal studs are full-on, covering leather pants and jackets, and piercing through delicate lace in a play with material contrast.
Prints have a brooding glow in the collection’s colors of dark orchid purple and tropical pink. The multi-logo ‘Versace on Repeat’ print, and floral and zebra patterns interplay and are incorporated into laminated lace, fil coupé, intarsia, or metal stud finishes.
Bags in the La Medusa line, including La Medusa Repeat, the re-edition hobo bag style introduced for Resort 2023, take-on the collection’s stud, leather fringe, and mirror material finishes, while the classical elegance of the Greca Goddess bag is made utterly contemporary in new glossy green and purple colors.
The new Medusa Anthem shoe line clashes cutesy sandal, boot, and Mary Jane styles with a heavy-metal XL rubber sole made for the Versace club-kid.

I can see why Donatella chose Paris to be in the show, Paris is ICONIC, she wears what she wants, and doesn't look to please anyone, she is fearless with fashion, she is literally a fashion icon
"Hilton" is a brand name too and I think she has really matured from that assumed dumb blonde rich girl image people assumed of her. She's been very outspoken about the abuse at her boarding school I admire that.

I'm absolutely in love with this collection! This may be one of my favorite SS collections ever. Obsessed with the palette, fabrics, and layering, and I love the edge with the black, the leather, the platform boots & shoes, and the makeup. All the models slayed, and who better to rock that pink sparkly Versace look than Paris!
Bags, shoes, and endless beauty. Great job done by all involved in the process. Wish I had a seat at this beautiful venue. I love fashion. This ambience was wonderful.

This is just the perfect “90’s/2000 party girl” collection. It also reminds of something Britney Spears or Aaliyah would wear back in the day. The bright neon colors were just everything. Given the supposed theme having Paris Hilton in the show makes total sense. All tho as iconic as she is she can’t walk a runway to save her life.

As an aspiring fashion designer, this show was truly admirable. I love the way it starts out as simple, sleek black pieces then slowly goes from that, to edgy, leather looks, to bright pink and purple outfits. This amazed and inspired me.

The camera moved too fast. Imaan Hammam was only caught 1-2 seconds to show Precious Lee, some models weren’t recorded, Vittoria Ceretti was only caught 1-2 seconds as well to show a celebrity closing the show. Versace is always about celebs and insta-famous.
Anok Yai, 4th model in the opening, her walk was cut. Mariacarla Boscono was skipped. Bella Hadid got 3-4 seconds.
Mona Tougaard (who was right after Gigi) was also cut, sloppy camera work all around

Love this collection! Very creative with a cohesive materials with beautiful colors. The fabrics were unique and have a lovely movement and flow. I also liked the accessories used. They complimented the garments instead of fighting them. I loved this collection!
