The horn is the basic basic thing on a car why are all you guys making it hard work the coonections are already there, the horn button completes the Earth circuit which then activates the relay, that switches the live circuit to activate the horn, why make it harder work than it should be takes literally 5 mins to put a steering wheel on & sort the horn out. Think it worked with stock...... connections are there!
It's easier just to stick the horns in where the OEM ones were and then just either run wire to the fuse block or use the existing and divert it from the steering column to wherever you want to put your button. A lot cleaner install as well...
depends how much time u have up your sleeve ...if u have to take vehicle for a roadwortht ispection ASAP, you can do it this way short term, and tidy it later, i beep and u pass inspection
Horn can just be grounded instead of it being hooked to the negative terminal
