- Welcome to our motorcycle track day video! In this exciting footage, we'll show you how to properly prepare your motorcycle, dress for safety, and tackle a grueling day of riding at the track.
First, let's talk about motorcycle preparation. We'll start with tire pressure, suspension setup, and brake pads. These three things are crucial to getting the most out of your bike on the track. We'll also cover engine oil, coolant, and fuel levels, as well as other maintenance items that need to be checked before hitting the track.
Next, we'll discuss the importance of proper gear. Safety is paramount when riding at the track, so we'll show you how to dress appropriately to minimize the risk of injury in the event of a crash. We'll go over the different types of protective gear, including helmets, leather suits, gloves, and boots.
Once you and your bike are properly prepared, it's time to hit the track! We'll take you through each session of the day, including the warm-up, practice, and qualifying rounds. You'll get to see two riders, Brad on his Suzuki GSXR 600 and myself on my Honda CBR650R, as we push ourselves and our bikes to the limit.
It's important to note that track days are not just for the crazy people out there. They're for anyone who wants to learn how to ride better and apply those skills to their everyday riding. We'll share tips and tricks on how to improve your riding technique, as well as how to stay safe and have fun on the track.
So sit back, grab some popcorn, and get ready for an exciting day of motorcycle track riding!

A word on tire pressure. Don't just randomly deflate your tires! Check with the tire vendors/manufacturer. The 30/30psi rule of thumb is what we got from our instructors but isn't right for all. Do your research.
DEDICATED TO MY FRIEND WHO PASSED SCOTT: Please enjoy this video. This was one day after his funeral and it was such needed stress release. Watch as much as you can!
Dang, I didn't realize that I need a track day until now.
Do it. It's really a great time. You'll learn a ton too!
God bless
Really enjoyed that one very informative Caesar thanks man 👍
what a great day and a great video!
Yes sir looking forward to the next one
I just realized brad said "bike track" instead of track bike.
Pretty awesome dude. I been wanting to go to my 1st Track Day for a long time. Maybe I will see you there when I finally go.
That would be cool! Ill plan one in April or May and be sure to invite a lot of people
Hey man I’ll be there again this month on the 26th! Hope to see you there. Great video and great information ! Thank you!
Hey man thats awesome! I can only afford to go a few times a year. Im 50 so I have to do old man stuff and in a week or so ill be a grandpa ... so there is that...
really enjoying your videos man. Plz make more Venom X18R videos. I'm trying to make a final decision.
On the way .. speed test is next
@@SmallEngineVelocity I am 5' 10, do you think the Venom X18R will fit my height? Looking forward to hearing back. Thanks a million.
Condolences for the loss of your friend
Thank you sir, we worked together and then a group of us became friends for the last 15 years. He will me missed
geez that track is in terrible shape! congrats on your 1st two track days. they're an addiction for sure
Lol patches of concrete , asfault , burn spots, and so many surface changes and cracks. Its like a obstacle course also :)
Its local and cheap (as far as track days go). We have COTA only a couple hours away so I'm trying to figure a way to drag Ceasar to a super nice facility. That being said, I love MSRH for even being there. Not everyone has a track within an hour so I can't be too harsh.
Nice video . How was cbr performing on track ?
She did great. Of course i have nothing to compare it to so there is that...
What’s you thoughts on the Venom Automatic X18RS 150cc this is my first bike ever. Getting my motorcycle license very soon. My wife doesn’t want me to get a bike but I told her this is a good beginner.😂😅😊 Also, watching your video made me order from venom sports so they should give you a bonus. 💯
Hey Ceasar, my name is Charles, I have a kpr 200 just like yours.. I love that bike. I've had it for almost 2 years now and I need a new battery for it.. auto zone and O'Reilly couldn't help me.. Do you know where I can get a replacement for it, and if so, would you have a link??
If anyone can help me, it's most likely you..
How is cbr 650r on track?
Handled awesome , but don't take what I say as good as I have never tracked any other bike other than this one. It felt good to rev it above 10k. Quick shifter is a blessing on the track
You couldn’t of taken your ruckus with you there and used it as a pit bike
I cluld have but i rode 50 miles yp my friends house to load onto the trailer
