I stayed at the "La passione" guesthouse which was amazing and had an adopted street cat. I asked what his name was and my hosts said "we don't give him a name because he is free". It was an amazing place ❤
Brother I urge you we need more static shots, all handheld while moving is incredibly sickening to watch for me. Sony video stab is not good enough on it's own. Gorillapod might be sus with a big ol camera and lens, but a normal table tripod on a table/trashcan/wall is gonna make it so much nicer to watch.

I miss Okinawa. It was hot as hell in October, I couldn't walk two steps without feeling like a human waterfall, my sun allergy was all over my arms, 10/10 would suffer through again. (next time with UV sleeves though)
Ok I'm VERY curious where do you book your accommodations :))) like, i've recently been to Okinawa with 3 other people and we got a huge house from airbnb with 4 bedrooms and a great dining/open living/kitchen space for about 6200 yen/person. Is it because you book last minute, and you just have to deal with what you find, or ? i've noticed that with other videos too so idk, just a genuine question. i mainly use airbnb and booking for japan, i gave up on agoda, jalan and rakuten because of the convoluted UX and because they were kinda the same prices the 2-3 times i checked. if other viewers have tips for accommodation in Japan i would like to know :)
Booking, I don't use AirBnB anymore because of a ton of bad experiences. Booking a hotel means that everything works 100%, checking in is a breeze, no need to talk to anybody or figure out where the key is or what are the codes and there's no worries about anything. I'm fine with paying extra as long as it gives peace of mind.
I was gonna say that it's actually much better than Kyoto or other cities because we get a constant ocean breeze. Kyoto especially being in a valley surrounded by mountains allows clouds/humidity to just sit there and makes everything worse
