A random tip this music is a joy while you're cooking or baking. I was using this video while i was doing all that and it felt so much like a real life potions class especially if you are learning a new recipe.
We shall learn how to bottle fame, brew glory and even put a stopper in death.
Then again, maybe some of us have come to Hogwarts in possession of abilities so formidable that we feel confident enough TO NOT PAY ATTENTION!

Can you imagine dying, and having the ability to do whatever you want by attending potions class at Hogwarts. You hear this song playing over and over and then you realize that you will never return to the real world. Everyone you knew in your past life will never see you again. The past life you lived sitting in the sofa with your friends watching Harry Potter on a Friday night after Halloween…nothing but a distant memory that will be forgotten soon. The potions music will soon make you insane; you are essentially stuck inside a PS2 memory card saved as a NPC in Harry Potter and the Chamber of secrets.

Thank you so much. Severus Snape is my favorite Harry Potter character of all time, absolutely no contest, anyone else is miles behind. It's hard to find him in the more abstract joys of the HP world in media and such. I've been writing fanfics for myself to share with my bestie and I was using another lofi I really liked with the various movie songs and select voice lines. However I was hoping to maybe find something more Snape centric or atleast darker, more abstract tones and songs. And this one just hits so well for me. I've been in bliss the last two days, I listen to it constantly, not just for my writing. I love the lower, calmer segments but the more cheerful songs give it a sort of mix that really makes me think of the vibe of Hogwarts in the earlier movies and books. When the school was delightful and dangerous and mysterious in both ways. It just gives the feel that I think the school would give to a long time residence like Snape. When I'm in moments of just listening, I can imagine him brewing or at his desk and when some of the more cheerful ones come along perhaps he's gone off to a meal or is bothered out of his work to come out of his dungeons for some reason or another. Or in the darker ones when the little flittery tones come through, I just imagine his quill scrapping along and then a pause as he glares off suspiciously or rolls his eyes. Perhaps catching whispers of the twins causing mayhem in the higher floors. It's all just lovely and wonderful and makes my heart absolutely sing. Thank you so, so much. I'm also going to check out the Pomodoro by ASMR Weekly like you recommended.

Basilisk Soup Recipe (mythical basilisk with rooster body, bat wings and snake tail):
Deboned rotisserie chicken (traditional flavor) for the body of the Basilisk
Well seasoned sausage ( for the snake tail)
Golden potatoes (for their eggs)
Parsley, onions, Maggi, liquid smoke, salt and pepper, and green chili sauce (to taste)
Put everything together in your cauldron at the hearth and boil for 45 & 1/2 minutes stirring counterclockwise (as stirring clockwise will cause it to transform into a deadly drought) no more than 13 times or else it will turn into a wicked creature. Take off the boil and allow to simmer for 12 & 1/4 minutes. Then serve with your favorite buns.
Never serve on a Friday or during noon or else you'll transform into a maggot.
