- In this video I share with you my recent ancestral wound that I have alchemised!
It's been SUCH a powerful journey of healing my ancestral wounds and I see the same thing over and over again with my clients.
When THEY say NO, when YOU say NO, the STORY ENDS HERE WITH ME!
Everything changes!
You start to realise there is another way, and when you witness and feel what it is bringing up in your body, you can start to release it and discharge the stored energy so that you can liberate yourself from that story and forge a new way.
Ancestral Healing is SO powerful because when you witness that patterns passed onto you through your lineage playing out in your life an you get to say NO the story ends with me, free the ancestors in your lineage and create a new story for your future generations, you are leaving a legacy.

The subtle shame that follows a good laugh hit home for me. That, and having the capacity to stay with joy (and not dissociate) is a challenge I most welcome. Thank you, kind lady.

@@shani.benaroya Thanks for replying. No, it's something that I've only noticed in the last year and a half. I figured that it came from the shame of my current life situation (depending on family financially). Trying to get back on my feet, but yeah.
@@robertnesta-10-37 thanks for sharing. Our current life situations manifest to either show us where we are stuck in the patterns or where we need to alchemise them, especially if they are recurring ones! Often when I hold ancestral healing sessions its traced back to an ancestral root in this lifetime or even in past lifetimes that we dissolve and clear so the energy can be shifted and moved! Your awareness is the first stage so give yourself honour for that!

A feeling of being unworthy ain’t thought I had solved… it popped up in 2017 again in a ferocious way.
In the last few years my research brought me to the point I found out my ancestors in my feminine line were Jewish.
And now (years later) this clears things in a very significant way.
Today is a holiday in Rome, where I live, and I was left out by my loved ones. I thought about how so really did not care about holidays and celebrations…. But today it was sad, and I allowed it to be so.
Then this video.

Hmmm. I tend to not celebrate my birthday either. I will be exploring this as my next level of self-reflection. I will work on alchemizing my narrative, to change the story that lives in my body, transmute my feelings, and find a way to celebrate. You planted a seed. Thank-you.

Definately around birthdays and celebrations, my family can be on the serious side but the ancestors speak of a different legacy, which I still feel in me. Just transforming this, and fear, and suffering towards joy and beauty.
