Pastrami & baked potatoes in my new Breville Air Fryer❤️

Pastrami is a famiglia favorite❤️ the simplicity of this deliciously pre seasoned one makes it my favorite🤣 but now as we are finally settling into the new house we are using so many of our new ​⁠‪@breville‬ products and of course our old ones. I’m old fashioned and never really got all these new gadgets but my sister introduced me to all these new things because of how easy they are! I can’t believe how old sound saying that but I was truly in the dark! So many recipes are for air fryers now and the mini convection ovens so I decided let’s give it a try and all I can say is OMG am I late to this trend! My Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro from breville is a godsend and perfect for cooking things like baked potatoes! Instead of hours in the oven my potatoes came out so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside in under 40 minutes. For us home cooks dirtying the whole kitchen every time we cook is the biggest pain but now I can use these small kitchen appliances. I mean this air fryer pro also acts as an oven so I’m gonna try using my cast iron skillet to do some baked chicken and even a steak! I’m going to develop a bunch of my recipes to make in the Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro and the Smart Oven Pizzaiolo. Being able to make pizza inside is so nice and mess free, it also comes with a pan so we will be making homemade Focaccia soon and sharing the recipe!
