Stephen McCarthy
Stephen McCarthy works in the Office of Environmental Enforcement in the EPA. He works in the area of wastewater enforcement and is the EPA lead on the National Inspection Plan and Code of Practice for septic tanks. Stephen is a graduate of Queen’s University Belfast (M.Sc. Environmental Engineering) and University College Cork (BSc. Geology).
