Noita Epilogue update is out now. It's one of our biggest updates yet and is also going to be the last major update for Noita. The change list alone is 319 entries long. While this is the last major update for Noita, it's not going to be the End of Everything.

I heard Fury, on his second channel, mention that he is doubting the emails. He said, the emails never gave any new info, and its all stuff we already know for the most part. Its weird to me that someone would waste so much time on this for a troll.

Definatly no new info however, and some of the advanced stuff could easily have been made up with a little planning and knowlage of the game

Great video, the ARG was one hell of a ride. Sad to see it not lead anywhere, but hype for the eyes is back with fresh and interesting ideas.
Aye, most defiantly a lot of fun :) Seems to have given people a kick in the ass we needed to at least think about the game in new ways
Man I almost hope it never does get solved... As much as I would love it, I'm not like expecting a Noita sequel or DLC or anything and as far as we know they're done adding content... Maybe the hope that some mysteries will remain unsolved will add to the allure... Maybe it's more exciting if we don't know everything... The quest and pursuit of the secrets are surely more interesting than whatever awaits us when all knowledge is acquired...
@@xDARKSHADEx To be honest, I can agree with you. Working with the eyes has been a blast, i've met many talented and hardworking people, and have enjoyed being part of a community for a game that I have so much love and respect for. Even if the eyes are never solved, this game, and this community is and will always be, amazing.
If we assume HS is trying to help everyone solve the eyes, they are doing a TERRIBLE job of it. However, if we assume HS is trolling, they are doing a great job. As time goes on, everything points more to trolling since the "help" is not really helping. If HS really wants to help, they would provide better hints. Now with what appears to be backpedaling, it's almost certainly trolling.
HS 'could' have been a middleperson,,,, the person who 'solved' the eyes in the 'story' could have baited them to... Although,,, is a bit hard to believe much atm
Thanks for the update! I must admit I really hoped that this whole ARG would actually (help) solve the puzzle, but I guess not. Let's hope this renewed attention for the puzzle does lead to a solution in the end. :)

Guys, this thing cannot be that complicated, all the other secrets are yeah complex, but reasonable for the capabilities of a game designer, the answer is not going to be that deep

Even the new message points to that and yet. Talk about the dev suffering for knowing the answer.
I am nearly certain that there is no "Run". So many secrets and other things have been datamined, triggers have been found, but never any special "event" for this type of run. Thats why I think that the only secrets left are information one, like the eyes, wich do not have any mechanics linked to them. Even the Cauldron dosnt seem to have anything special about it apart from what matereial spawn, which leads me to believe it, and maybe even the Eyes are unfinished. The Eyes could still just be a message, some extra lore or a hint to a message in another location(website, coordinates etc.). But I am starting to severly doubt that.
Altar of permanence though, and a secret is obtained upon quitting the game. Not to mention the similarities between the sun seed and the enemy with the starting stone symbol.
The Kumimitus or player ghost has some Interesting lore concerning 35 bones and the separation of the spirit from the body
Oh thank CHRIST for this video! Fury made the one vid about it, gave no info about the additional emails sent, and just said he'd update later and as somebody who isn't in any of the discords I've been sitting here knowing something has been going on but with no way to check on the latest it's been killing me lol.
My best guess is that HS is someone whose ideas had previously been discarded by the Eye Channel community.
They tricked Fury into hyping up their ARG under false pretenses and then promised to provide solutions after a "deadline."
They were hoping that their vague hints and ideas, along with a massive influx of attention on the topic would result in the eyes being solved BEFORE their deadline so they could take credit for getting it solved.
When the deadline came and went with no one having solved the eyes, they played the "fell ill / mental health" card and delayed until the Eye Holders and the community couldn't take the pressure anymore and everything fell apart.
"Thousands of dps per second." Love it. I would be down to try the run if I knew what to do. Its all so ambiguous. Even tried looking in noita discord for some actual parameters of whats interpreted to be the pure run but im not sure if such parameters exist.
fwiw I always found it weird that you'd turn on mods when it's well known there's some game code that gets killed by turning on mods
@@brandonharrison1960 looking for pixels is a terribly inefficient way to look for mods you'd only do if you had no access to the underlying engine to check active hooks.

About the "Pillars do not update until a restart"; it can be true if the flags are duplicated during the save creation. If the puzzle checks the copy of the flags, then it is true.
In programming, this is called "immutability". It is used a lot in multithreading software (which Noita is)
Gotta be honest here: I believe HS is nothing but a Troll and the "ARG" was simply to get the community together, not to solve the puzzle.
The solution is LST banning Shotguns again :D

I just want to say the sequins or whatever your doing in these videos make you look fantastic like an 80s rockstar lol. Quietly optimistic about progress on the secrets, not sure what I think about the HS stuff right now, my opinion is its too vague if real.

Just looking at those eyes... are you considering the trigrams (still not sure what this means) in alternating triangular configuration sets? Up down up, down up down. like brickwork? They seem to fit eerily well like that, fit perfectly, and shows each as a series of 4, 5, or 6 lines of information each. I mean it looks bloody obvious so I suspect that yes this has been tried but thought I would ask. Each brick would contain that base 5 digit, giving 125 possible combinations for each set of 3.

still worth a try to see if you can harm the forgotten with acid
hs just picked a known algorithm to make her signature, it's why that algorithm didn't help solve the eyes. Her algorithm didn't involve 3 planes, it was only 2 of 3 eyes each characters which can't be put on two planes.

I truly believe HS had good intentions, but that not planning this out any or providing hard evidence was the misplay. That said, the net outcome is positive and there's many more eyes on the eyes ;)
More approaches to the puzzle are good and i believe that once we've solved the eyes it'll end up being fun for everyone, believe the emails or not.
Ah, the ol “ends justify the means” argument. Its fine if they lied to the entire community and wasted a lot of people’s time as long as it gets more attention. That, I think, was the real purpose of all this: attention. Just not so much for the game but for themselves. Seems pretty shitty to me.
