- The world of fast food can be shrouded in mystery. Even though most customers don’t think twice about the secrets behind their favorite items, some may wonder if what they’re eating is truly worth the price they pay. They may also be curious about certain ingredients that go into the food.
While companies generally like to keep their methods hidden from the public as much as possible, it’s difficult to keep everything under wraps once an employee leaves. Fortunately, plenty of fast food workers reveal what really goes on behind the scenes.

What's your favorite fast food restaurant?
i used to work at buger king when i was a kid & i have many tales to tell...suffice it to say that i never ate at a BK again after my 1st nite at work 🤢...
I worked at McDonald's when I was a University sophomore back in the 90's. The dismal gig lasted 3-month, following which the Bulk of McDonald's, BK, and the vast majority of their ilk has never been paid a dime out of my pocket.
I don't care how those cinnamon twist are made, they're delicious!
The broccoli and cheddar soup was the only thing I ate Panera. I haven't been there in over six years. The last time I went the soup smelled rancid.
Subway bread has a smell? If it does it's nothing that catches my attention.
One time I went to the McDonald's drive thru (here in Taiwan) on my motorcycle. I must have been too small on their screen and didn't notice me. I waited too long for them to notice me. I got off the bike and did some jumping jacks and then they immediately took my order. As I pulled around to the window where you pay, the worker seemed to be laughing inside. Pretty funny.
Here's a tip, start working harder (not just exercise at the gym) it'll raise your metabolism and you can eat anything and it'll just burn off. I only gain weight and my cholesterol goes up in the winter when my work slows down but mid spring it's at full tilt and I'm back in fighting shape
Thanks for that video. Now I am even more convinced that take aways are not for me
Third :) Sometimes I hear this stuff and get bummed no wonder I been loosing weight and not eating enough

In Florida many fastfood and restaurants have a major rat issue going on, gets in your food served to you. Roaches everywhere. I've even seen roaches in doctor offices
Geezzalooo, Diabetes anyone.
Any information gathered from “former employees” of any organisation should be treated with a great deal of scepticism, particularly when it is seen on TikTok.
Yet most of it can be proven. I know personally some of this info is true. The fast food industry is a money grab for the owners but a poverty stricken life for the employees. Do you think a person making 8 bucks an hour cares much about job performance or policies?
Used to work at Taco Bell and the meat does come in a bag that is boiled t try o make it ready to serve.
Funny facts. Luckily enough, I avoid all those brands mentioned in the video. After all, who craves such industrial, bland, processed stuff, full of chemicals at premium costs?
The guy of Soul sold his soul to Starbucks
I have never understood the hype around dunkn donuts, there pastries are stale before they ever get to the store.
If you don't realize that fast food is not what it appears to be, you need to check yourself.
Any way you could speak more slowly? Every time I watch one of your videos I come away with a headache.
I couldn't agree more. The loud music, fast rhythm, bright colours, etc. are deliberately utilised with a prime focus on the Millennial audience, who undoubtedly comprise the bulk of viewers.
@R MS very interesting, I will have to try that
The smell of subway bread makes sick to my stomach.
