Marcel!!!! What can you say, that dude is just a badass!!! If you want to know where the head piece movement began, look no further. Marcel has been the most innovative flameworked glass blower in history. He has combined soft glass techniques and traditional design with boro madness like no other. Always pushing the limits and showing us what is possible. But he can be a dick! lol!

The way he treats his team members leaves a little to be desired. I know that stress levels in the workspace, especially with so much on the line, are insanely high but it's a bad look for someone when they snap at people. Especially when it's a team leader doing the snapping. Good glass work, though.
