I feel but John this time has NO choice but to because first time he quit it was weird drug thing the second time he quit was you know cuz he had a different music style that he wanted to attack and he gave them picked his replacement who was a very accomplished musician in his own right and had played with John on his solo records so John encouraged them continuing success without him and many of those songs are worthy of being in the setlist on future tours and fans enjoyed them on the radio and expect them to be played live to see those songs live played by John improved or perhaps more technical and refined
He has to play it. DN is now firmly a RHCP classic.

I’m a huge fan of John, but even though this sounds amazing (kudos to you!), this makes me understand why Dark Necessities is just perfect the way it’s in The Getaway.
Yes, the getaway is an amazing album and all its guitars are wonderfull. But it's funny to imaging the songs with John colaboration🤘

You have some incredible ideas here and a lot of things I adore and I laughed in a happy way hearing those SA harmonies come in in places. I would hope John would be gracious enough to give Flea those opening slap bars the space they deserve tho.

I think they may play one or two, but not every concert... Idk that's mely guess. John may say that they didn't had chemistry like in One hot minute but even so John and Josh were friends so I think he should be mature enough to be able to appreciate josh's work
They might... Everyone in the band likes Josh alot from what I've seen. John has a ton of respect for Josh. Josh was John's protegee in a since and they played on albums aside from rhcp. But you never know... bc when John is playing they only play what feels right and is orgasmic. So if it feels right I'm sure they will. It would be cool to see but I wouldn't bet on it
