Cornwall South West Coastal Path - Day 1 - St.Ives to Zennor circular walk

The first in a four part series showcasing a series of walks along the South West Coastal path in Cornwall.
In this episode I travel from St.Ives to Zennor on the coastal path. And return via a cross county route known as the Tinners Way.
Hoping to inspire you to take a much needed rest from the stresses of everyday life. Be it for an hour or longer. Take the same route, or spot a location you can head straight for (usually) and spend some time, just being you, maybe with a brew, but always taking in that view…….Be mental health aware.
