I like Scottie Pippen. Not only one of the greatest to ever do it but also a man that is always soft spoken even if you don't like what he has to say. I believe this is simple. I don't care if you are a professional or not, playing alongside Michael all those yrs had to be humbling knowing that you were not the man and never would be. So then you move on with life trying to accept that and then years later a documentary comes out depicting all the great things Michael did over that Bull run and you get mentioned with the migraine etc. It's not Michaels fault but I feel Scottie just wanted to be acknowledged in that documentary in a more prominent manner along with the rest of his teammates. He earned it!! And I believe it just all came out of him at that point and he couldn't hold back. Give the guy a break. He's probably a great dude but unfortunately even with all that fame and money at the end of the day he is human. End of story!!

It wasn't just Scottie Pippen that had a successful basketball career post Bulls. Horace Grant, John Salley, Steve Kerr, and Ron Harper all won titles with the Spurs and the Lakers respectively. And Dennis Rodman went to the NBA playoffs with the Spurs and the Lakers as well. It wasn't just all about Michael Jordan! a lifelong Chicago Bulls fan, I've lost all respect for Scottie Pippen. How can it be that in the 90s Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan allegedly didn't get along, quarreled, etc, even though they trained together every morning in Michael Jordan's house, together with ron Harper, the famous breakfast club .? And how can it be that in 2010, when Scottie Pippen was inducted into the Hall of Fame, Michael Jordan was his Representative
Oh And now Scottie Pippen is crying that the Chicago Bulls got along well without Michael Jordan. Then why did he want Michael Jordan to return all this 1994 season?
When both retired from the NBA, you could see them together in the box or sitting at the front of the field, laughing together, etc. And now Scottie Pippen tells us that the two never had a friendship?
How can it be that Scottie Pippen even took part in the last dance documentary, where he knew that it was mainly about Michael Jordan? Then he shouldn't have participated there at all. And Michael Jordan was not the producer, he is not listed on such, nowhere is there anything from a fee. Jeez, a company had Michael Jordan the last time I think $ 100 million for an hour gig and he just turned it down because he didn't feel like it. So what should he do with a sticky $ 10 million from Netflix or whoever?
And we shouldn't forget that in a number of interviews, especially when Scottie Pippen has been on ESPN or another show, he always defended Michael Jordan and always talked good things about him.
And suddenly, Scottie Pippen brings out his weird popcorn and his book and all of a sudden Michael Jordan is the bad guy. Absolutely, Michael Jordan is just bad and every day there is a new story about how bad and bad Michael Jordan treated him. Seriously Scottie?
Get treatment, go to the psychiatrist or the therapist or whatever. But that's just ridiculous, trying to sell a book on the back of your former teammate, the best basketball player of all time and, and most importantly, your former boyfriend. Then at a certain point in time you were definitely friends, it couldn't have been any different.

Mike was tough to deal with that even rodman didn't want to mess with him, mj would make up scenario's in his head so he could punish other players on the court lol.

It must be difficult to see a teammate get all the accolades and money, Scottie had family issues back in Arkansas and he took the safe contract rather than waiting and cashing in. I loved watching MJ, Scottie and Horace Grant grow to dominate but someone will always get upset about something behind the scenes. After a while, Scottie will likely admit that he was jealous or took it too personally and mend the relationship with MJ and Phil.

I wish I had his issues to be one of the best basketball players in history a living legend not to mention a multi-millionaire who is only fighting for what he thinks deserves that’s all

I’m born, raised, and still live in Chicago…. I’m 47 years old and Scotty was the one I was watching and hoping he had a good game.

Here is a very interesting fact. After Jordan was truly finished as a player and retired, you rarely saw him and Scottie hanging out together. I remember asking a friend of mine, who also played in the NBA, and he said Jordan HATED that people thought he couldn't win without Pippen. Hated and still hates it. No surprise the Last Dance was focused on MJ and NOT the teams) or MJ/Pippen as a duo.

The reality is when you look at the league and the competition at that time.... Jordan and Pippen playing together was equivalent to Kobe and Lebron playing together.... you can understand how lebron and Kobe would feel
