One really cool detail is when the mask opens so we can see both side : Venom is doing his usual giant grin, where Eddie is totally expretionless

It was a pretty shitty way of justifying Eddie Brock's victimization, and it got retconned on Cates' Venom#11. He never had cancer, it was the Venom symbiote gaslighting him, been doing that since they first met.

I think Eminem only focused on the idea of Venom and the fact that he's dope as shit, not who the character and the struggle Eddie has at first before finally Venom and Eddie becoming one.

...all depends on the hosts wishes. Eddie Brock wants to do the right thing and doesn't want Venom...but the later lyrics show a sense of acceptance, showing Eddie and Venom are better together than apart. Which might be smart considering who else might use Venom for their own self-interests...

This song is so emotionally great. I feel like the lyrics just relates to my life. Because I use to try my hardest to hide the part of my that has fun because of the fact that my anger comes out whenever I'm having fun. This song fits venom perfectly you guys make great work keep that passion going. But I do have to say these lyric are haunting to me as I wrote something eerily similar when I was younger after discovering I was schizophrenic, after fighting with it and dealing with for so long the only thing I could do is accept it as part of me though its still a harrowing experience when you aren't just you anymore.
