I've been scrolling through the comments and been seeing some of the same questions, and since I'm bored I'll answer them for you.
*Is it washable? Yes it's totally safe & will not get torn off
*Whats the paper called? Transfer paper
*Can I use something other than transfer paper? Nope
*Where can I find transfer paper? Craft stores like Michaels
    Hope this helped :^)

I'm just wondering how the shirts look after they are washed a few times? I've had problems with paint or ink faded after washes with a lot of my DIY's that people have sworn on.
Did the print rip or wrinkle or anything over time?

If it is a stretchy fabric, maybe get a embroidery hoop and stretch the fabric where you put your design before you iron on the design.
The cracking usually comes from the fabric stretching the design.
Turn the garment inside-out before you wash and use cold water.

I noticed you said if you don't cut the whole image out, it'll have that white outline but that some other transfer papers might not. Does it say if it will or won't on the instructions or do you just have to buy it and find out? Just asking so i'm not looking for it at the store when it's no where to be found in writing lol.

    Will we get into trouble?
Like going to google, getting the picture, then putting it on your shirt? I mean as long as we say its not our original design we wont right? I dont want to get sued or start some big commotion on it.
