How do you keep.the lug from ending up in a lump.on the hook.

Thanks John. I use very fine elasticated thread to help keep the baits firm and straight. There’s many on the market but I like the Tronix Pro Baitex in fine.

I was using a pair of Anyfish Anywhere MK2 Match Pro’s. Perfect rods for Chesil in my opinion.
