So glad you are healthy and back at it. I love watching your videos! In February they told me I had a faulty heart valve that had caused a very large aneurism in my heart. They told me I could not do anything and die or have open heart surgery. Well, here I am! They also told me I wouldn't hunt this year and it would be a year till I felt back to myself. This has been the best thing to ever happen to me. I brought God into my world and allowed him to do his thing. They told me 10 days in the hospital, I was out in 5. They said maybe back to work in 8-10 months, I was back in 5 and buying the business! I took my first shot with my bow in early September and at 30 yards, nailed 3 bullseye's! I sat in the tree on Sunday afternoon and within 5 minutes a fawn that lives on our 10 acers decided to play and hang around me all night. I am looking forward to hunting a large 10 pointer and shooting him on film again this year. Good luck to you and everyone else. Remember, God is great and when you give him your love, he blesses you beyond imagination.
Your one liners are on point now son! Sickening feeling when you make a questionable shot on a game animal, but hunt long enough and you will experience that feeling!!

Virginia has some nice deer, a nice mix of back woods mountains deep woods and open farm land good long range shots and close shooting, tree stands and shooting houses or you can walk back in the mountain and find one. There's a lot of strip mines in the southwest part talk about some rural areas and mountains, big open mountain ranges you can practically glass hunt and see 1200 yards in every direction, you should really check into going down there and hunting on reclaimd strip mines. Thousands and thousands of acres of nothing but deer and elk
Virginia is definitely a sleeper state with some nice bucks!

Believe this was a Rage. Been shooting a variety of broadheads this season, but mostly the G5 Deadmeat and the VIP Combat Veteran
My nephew killed a Virginia state record scoring 228 Virginia scoring system. 12 pointer. Only 3 8ths deduction.
