When I was a child my special meal was forgotten on a flight and there was no extras from other passengers . The flight attendent was a star, as it turned out her meal was also special so she gave me her meal. Wonderful woman who gave up her meal for a child.
She would have eaten something from business class.
What was the specific special meal? Was it something vegetarian or gluten free?
@@cinderleaves3949 I guess you are not " special " enough for " Carus" to answer.

How in the world does she can act perfectly as every character
ikr!!!!
There's a thing called actors and acting /lh
Like how other characters do.
It's only 3,5 minutes long. She can repeat every single scene as often as she wishes to.
And apparently flight attendants need some acting skills to not let people feel, what for example Jeenie most likely wants to do with annoying passengers... 🚪✈️👋
If people seem too nice, be warned...
she probablly took more of the scenes if she failed
Initially I would be annoyed that they didnt have my meal. But when they are trying to make sure I get something to eat I would be appreciative even if it's not what I should have gotten. Flight attendents are people and I appreciate their work, it's not their fault something got messed up with my meal.
Exactly this... The point of the video...
This always happens to me. Probably the most memorable ‘fix’ was when they compensated me with a whole bottle of wine from business class 😂
Tbf i have a family member with dietary restrictions and the airlines do mess these things up often 😅
Yup you definitely got DUINLOP happens man
Thats awesome though! This happened to me because of a glitch on the app I bought the tickets on so the nice lady brought me some fruit and a roll with butter. It was from the breakfast meals because our flight was 9.5 hours so it had two meals. 😊 so for both my meals it was the breakfast one but without the sandwhich that had meat on it. I was super excited to get anything at all knowing that we were on flight and that I was likely to get nothing, I was surprised and appreciative to get that especially twice. I didnt expect them to give me another for breakfast too since I had the breakfast for the dinner meal. I thought they would just give me some nuts or something to snack on but they were thoughtful and creative, also I was lucky that the breakfast happened to have some veggie options in it!
This lady got away with it, normally, Jeenie would throw picky people off the plane
I mean, this time it was the airline's mistake so she couldn't really throw her out could she? 😂

It was so ungracious when the mistake was on their end and I barely ate for 19 hours. I would have loved an amalgamation of veggies from first class 😭 you actually cared

@@lilsamantha1 did I say that? I saying Jennie made an effort. We did have snacks. That doesn't replace not eating for 19 hours. But the low effort rude reaction when it was the airline's fuck up is not acceptable. Dunno why that's hard to understand lol

Once when I had ordered the vegetarian meal I was given an omelette topped with three large slices of bacon. I said 'excuse me, I ordered vegetarian?' and the flight attendent said 'this IS the vegetarian meal'. I pointed out that it was bacon in it and she said 'oh I think that's some kind of root vegetable.' Very inventive customer service.
This reminds me of the people who order this signature pasta at the restaurant I work at. They ask for no bacon without realizing there are bacon bits in the sauce. I always make sure to verify this with customers. Most order something else.
Lol, this reminds me of this one time when my sister and I were at a restaurant in Korea. My sister is vegetarian, so we told the waitress to leave the meat out of whatever my sister ordered. Our food came and sure enough, there wasn't any actual meat in her food, but there was a bunch of shrimp. She decided to not make a big deal out of it and just pick out the shrimp and eat everything else, but from then on, we knew to make sure that the server understood that my sister can't eat meat, fish, shrimp, or basically anything that can move.
The bacon situation...For real???🙄😬😶
Some of them are just evil. Unhappy employees 😮
Whenever I fly, I welcome any meal and always say thank you to whover is serving me. On a few occasions they've given me an extra meal. 🙂
I have booked my flight myself. Norwegian airlines sells food don't automatically gives it. I paid hundred dollars extra for food and extra luggage piece. I Ordered vegetarian option because of religious restrictions. But they ran out of it. I nicely asked the air hostess and explained that I pre-ordered it, and had to pay for the meal. I explained it to them that I can only eat sea food or vegetarian. They realized their mistake that they were supposed to save my vegetarian food before selling all of them. They apologize. I said no problem, I understand that nothing can be done now. They said let us check if their is anything in their live first class kitchen.
They got me freshly seared fish meal from the first class.

I really know what this is like.
I have a HUGE amount of allergies and I have been screwed over many times
It is a major issue now that they won't allow you to bring any food or drink for " safety "
Honestly though! Like with ALLERGIES if the person gets anaphylaxis then you're screwed
It is pain in every place but normally at least you bring enough of your own food. I dont get why they dont let you at least to preorder some concrete food. I would pay for that almost any price just to eat well
In the United States, they allow you to bring your own food through security and onto the plane as long as it doesn't include any sauces. Think plain roasted chicken (without the juices) and broccoli or a vegetarian burger patty with a bun but no ketchup or mustard.
What airline doesn’t allow you to bring food or drink?
For the longest time, I didn’t even know you could request a special meal. Once I found out airlines did offer vegetarian meals (if you arranged it when purchasing the ticket), I gave it a try. Not sure what went wrong, but come mealtime, they didn’t have a vegetarian meal for me. They were super nice about it though and improvised by giving me a meal with extra sides and an extra dessert to make up for the lack of a main course. I thought it was pretty awesome of them to make the effort.
As a vegetarian I've sadly had the problem of something going wrong with the booking and them not having it but I also feel sorry about how embarrassed they look and so far they have always been super helpful and I am grateful about what they can get me 😊
One time a passenger in the row behind me overhead the conversation and offered to swap meals. He had ordered a vegetarian just in case the meat would look disgusting but since it looked good he thankfully traded and the flight attendants had no extra work☺️ still so grateful for this passenger!
That sounds like a really nice person! I‘m glad you got your meal!

I feel the passenger’s frustration is justified although being rude would not be. It’s a pretty serious mistake and judging from the comments it seems to happen a lot. If airlines took the issue more seriously perhaps so many people wouldn’t be left with nothing to eat for hours even though they’ve paid for food in the flight. It’s a pretty serious issue.
Issue in the vjdeo being that the passenger doesn't even know if it was paid for, the mistake could've been on either side and there's nothing that can be done about it in the airplane. After the flight it should get checked and possibly refunded, but that's really about it (though I'd assume if there was any extra they'd just give it regardless and some people could get a meal they didn't pay for so it's a tough problem without all the info at hand)
Yeah, not really. Justified frustration ended when they gave her a meal and she rejected it.
She got a business class meal lol, nothing to complain about. The problem is that she booked through a travel agent and then all sorts of things can happen. This almost never happen if you book and order the meal directly through the airline.
As a former travel agent I can tell you two things: 1) we ALWAYS tell a passenger that meal requests are not guaranteed, and; 2) in instances like this the travel agent most likely forgot and what the heck is someone going to do about it in the sky? The fact is that passengers like this are just being difficult. They solved her problem yet the passenger wanted to be obstructive.
@@LizziMummy exactly!
I had a flight cancellation that left me stranded for a day, so I hopped on the next available flight and was ridiculously thankful I was able to swap airlines and get home. I didn't wanna be a pain so I just said no thanks to the food and a flight attendant was a literal sky angel and asked if I was sure as it was a 13 hr flight. I told her I was veg but as my flight was cancelled, the special meal option didn't carry over. She then grabbed all the snacks, salads, sides, made me a plate and sat me in an empty row so I could sleep. She said she was also a veggie and she understands.
Everyone is just doing their best and if you have dietary restrictions, I recommend bringing a couple backup snacks. But that flight attendant that day was an absolute legend and I made sure to shout her out in every review possible.
We’ve been on 14 hour long flights where the airline says “sorry you are not on the list for special meals” despite confirming before takeoff. Due to dietary restrictions we can’t eat the normal meal and have had to rely on eating crackers for 14 hours. This has happened more than once . It’s not ok to be rude like the passenger here but you can imagine how frustrating it is especially as you pay for the meal. At least she was offered food from business class😅
I can confirm this 100% special meals aren't just for picky eaters - it can be medical or religious. I booked a vegetarian meal for a flight and whomever booked my meal only did it for the first half of the fight.... like WUT. why would i only request a special half for the first half? the flight attendant on that flight was really kind. but she said it was a huge problem bc many diabetics will request special meals and don't get them. I was given food from first class and a lot of bread and fruit. but the worst flight I was ever on was scandenavian airlines where the flight attendant just walked away from me and didn't give me ANY food for the whole flight. I HATE scandanavian airlines
@@GorgieClarissa wow... 😶😶
Well If it's confirmed during check-in, it's the company's fault but at the same time even if the problem is solved there it could be difficult to resolve it.
Here the thing is she says directly when asked if the travel agent made a mistake a direct "NO" without even considering the possibility or saying that it was confirmed at check-in (I bet she wouldn't even double check with the travel agent next time.
It happened to me also, they were really kind to me but I couldn't eat anything they offered to, so I just didn't eat for 14 hours. It's sad, but it's not flyght attendant's fault and, when they can, they make the possible considering the restricted alternatives.
Happened to me as well, but I booked the special meal in advance out of curiosity, rather than due to medical or religious restriction. My name was confirmed to receive the meal. However, the cabin crew apologised that the said special meal was not able to make it to the plane on time. So, I was offered normal meal instead. Which was fine by me.

P.s. I like Indian vegetarian meals as the fibre and spices help my digestion and calm my stomach during the flight.
I love Jeenie, but idk why, this time I felt bad for the passenger 😭. I am from India and I know how seriously people take being a vegetarian for religious reasons. It would suck if something like this happened to me when I am having a vegetarian meal. 😭
Some people have said since they have dietary restrictions they carry some snacks or some food with them in case there's an error in booking. It's really not the crew's fault if they're not told in advance about your preferences. You should feel bad for the crew as well because they have to deal with the fact that someone is not getting their meal. They have to deal with a lot of stuff that's not their fault actually.

As someone with a dairy allergy and who has traveled a lot, I always bring extra food that i can eat on the plane with me just in case something like this happens. Sadly, one time on my way back from South Korea, they didn’t have me on the list even though it was on my ticket and I did pay for it. Thankfully they had an extra vegan meal and I did have some snacks with me. I don’t blame the crew for things like this. Things happen. However, for me I cannot risk eating food that potentially have dairy in it at all as I’ll have an anaphylactic reaction sooooo better to just be prepared. 😊
EDIT: Hello! :) I never thought I would reply to some of you all, but I thought I could give a bit more information of what I mean by a dairy allergy. Some of you had mentioned about stomach issues. While yes, that can come up in a dairy allergy, the main issue in a dairy allergy is that it's an immune system issue. I also cannot take lactaid because that is specifically for lactose which is the sugar enzyme in dairy products (cows milk, sheeps milk, and goats milk). I am allergic to casein and whey which are the proteins in milk not the sugars. Therefore, lactaid does absolutely nothing for me. If lactaid works for you, thats great! :) I am happy for you. Sadly for me, that just won't work. I thank you though for the suggestion. My allergist said I must stay away from all animal milk. This why I do my best to bring my own food when I can. Sometimes it isn't allowed and I have to find alternative options. Sometimes I go to a place and I can't have anything at all. Having a dairy/milk allergy is like a nut or gluten allergy just with dairy instead. All food allergies and sensitivities should always be taken into consideration and seriously. Also, an anaphylactic reaction is when your throat begins to swell and block your airways. Meaning, I cannot breathe if I am in going through anaphylaxis. This by the way is not fun. It's scary because I could die without my Epipen (epinephrin) and it really does not feel great. As for if I tell the staff on a flight, absolutely. I have to. That is something I always tell them and even then sometimes they give me things like yoghurt (LOL) when that is dairy and no, I give it back to them when this happens (LOL)! I should also mention that not everyone with a food allergy has the same type of reaction. There is a range. I will share some of my information on dairy allergies and intolerances so that you can see where I get my information. I hope you all stay safe and have a lovely day! :)

It was a non-veg meal and they apologized and bought a vegan meal with 3% cashback due to her health issue.
This happened to me with Condor Airlines. I paid extra for the vegan meal and the air hostess just put the chicken in front of me. I showed her that we ordered vegan meals and she just said: "Yes, I know. It's not on board. Just do not look at the meat while eating." Interesting approach, right?

@@ayellowpapercrown6750 You realize, your stomach will mix it together anyways?
Eating kosher was a form of safety measurement, when proper hygiene for storing and preparing meals couldn't be assured.
Nowadays food standards and safety measurements are so high, that even if the food in question touched each other, it would be still less contaminated and healthier, than around the time, when eating kosher had to be developed to prevent food poisoning.
Over centuries, all kind of different countries had developed different techniques to ensure the safety of their food according to their circumstances regarding climate, resources, type of foods etc.
Some foods were dried, some salted, others sweetened, some are really spicy for that matter...
It would get really complicated, if everyone sticked to eating only their own traditional food preservation.
@@valek7700 hey, thanks for sharing your perspective, however, this is an absolutely terrible argument to give to someone who has a specific diet for cultural and religious reasons. Thirdly, I don’t care that some of the reasons why it was invented are irrelevant today because again, it’s about conserving my culture. @@jeenie.weenie ahhh thanks for responding!! They really were the nicest flight attendants on that flight! 🥰🥰
Why will you apologise lots if you haven’t done anything? Asking for ice cream isn’t a crime and you really do not have to be a doormat to get people to be kind to you .
@@dokidoki719 it's not like they demanded an apology, he apologised cause he wanted to.

@TheCeilingFanCollectorHD Certain airlines and certain types of flights get actual in-flight meals. It just depends on the length of your flight, and whether it's during a time they have set for meals. For example, a short flight (like, say, Los Angeles to San Francisco) will only have snacks because it's not a long enough flight to become a problem, and often people will buy food while they're in the airport. A red-eye flight also won't have meals, because it's an overnight flight, so most of the passengers will be sleeping for most of the flight. Just depends on the different factors involved.
This one time, the flight assistant actually forgot my special Hindu meal so she got me an actual business class meal. She even gave me extra pretzels later... my brother was so jealous! xD
Edit: A Hindu meal is different from a Vegetarian meal. Stop confusing the two!
Luckyy u
Your brother must of been annoyed tho..
I bet you were nicer about it than the portrayed customer.
What is a Hindu meal
@@user-bq7bq8xh6f Hindu meal is basically where there is no beef cause Hindus don't eat that. It might be vegetarian or non-vegetarian.
I've had this situation many times. Sometimes they were able to find some extra portions, sometimes you just have to eat bread and salad...sadly
@maris5888 Been there. 'You can have as many bread rolls as you like.'
On the flip side, one time I was ona flight where they gave a woman a vegetarian meal she did NOT order, which she said immediately, then they told her she had to wait until they served everyone else on the plane to see if they had any extra regular meals to give her, she stood up in the aisle and was yelling about how she wasn't eating that rabbit food! It was really something!
As someone who has traveled with vegetarian family members, here's some advice:
Always double, triple check the special meal option.
And in case there isn't any meals left then just don't eat the meat. The bread, rice, veggies, dessert and drinks are all vegetarian.
Don't harass the flight attendants.
Yes the flight attendants cant do anything. Treat them well and they'll try and help you out
UGH I KNOW. I am a obligate vegetarian (meat makes me very sick) and while i never order the special vegetarian meal (because Air Canada makes them really spicy), if there are no pasta options, i just get the classic rice and chicken and leave the chicken. You'll starve in economy either way. Usually people do not read EVERYTHING that's in the booking website, but then blame FA.
@@IOU1080 I am vegan now but used to be a non-vegetarian (I was only okay eating chicken). So I've been in this situation as well. Plus as I said I've always had people travelling with me who are vegetarian for either religious or health reasons.
But we've never made a scene. Ever. I mean the drinks are meat free and have enough calories to last you even a 5-6 hour flight. Plus the nuts and cookies.
@@user-vj1nq5vf4y if you did this in a 14 hour flight then that's on you. As I said double, triple check. Eat what's available.
Also yes, though not filling, juice, tea, cofee with cookies and and nuts or other other snacks (they always have extra bread and butter) can last you 14 hours.
I'm gluten intolerant, everything has gluten in it,so it wouldn't work for me
My first international flight trip experience I made sure to book my flight with a request for a gluten free meal (I'm extremely allergic) and I reiterated that request at every point possible (booking, 24hr checkin, gate side, loading...). They GAVE MY MEAL AWAY. I also had a nursling so eating was very important in order for my milk supply not to suffer. I was nice the entire time. They did not make it right. They did nothing.
I’ve always been so worried that this would happen to me. I always pack food that I can eat in case my pre ordered meal isn’t available, or if there isn’t food I can eat on the plane. It hasn’t happened, but that just means I have extra snacks 😊
As a person with some serious food issues, I ALWAYS bring extra snacks, especially if it is over 3 hours. I had one flight where I had to be met by medical because my blood sugar tanked. I have been extremely diligent to pack snacks ever since.
I got arrested at the airport.
Apparently security doesn't appreciate it when you call "shotgun" before boarding a plane.

I ordered a vegan meal for my 15 hour flight from Canada to Australia. I even confirmed over the phone with the airline and got an email confirmation but when I got on the plane they said they didn't have me down for a vege meal. I was given some crackers and an apple for a 15 hour flight. What makes it worse is that the flight attendant was rude to me about it 😒
Happened to us too. As if we are causing the inconvenience! Sorry I paid $2000 and am stuck here starving whilst the airline made the error

I am dairy intolerant ( not related to lactose) and alot of the flights I take do not offer a vegan option and since vegetarian will often be dairy laden I just pick around what I can eat in the regular meal and bring snacks. After all I am an adult I can look after myself. I am just super greatful if my dietry needs are catered to but I don't expect it.
You are paying for it, so they should provide it.
@@nataliemunoz8600 I was surprised they did not as the routes where to holiday destinations.
Well in this video scenario they did what they can do, the passenger just make everything difficult, she got a premium meal from businesclass and yet she reject it so... I mean am pretty sure u agreed that it is dumb, if i was vegetarian i would take it right away.
@@firdausmahesa2931 Leftovers from business is NOT a premium meal.
if you have special needs you need to triple check if it is booked and can be accommodated for you. also, always have some snack of your own with you. things can happen. delays, turbulences, missing a connection… you don’t want to be in a situation where you have nothing to eat for half a day.
I had a similar problem on a flight from Florida. I have coeliac disease which means I can't have gluten, but there was a mix up (not during booking because the outbound meals were fine) and there were no gluten free meals left. I was really quite upset because I thought I'd have to go hungry for the remaining several hours. However, the fantastic crew found some things like yoghurt and nuts and brownies from the menu so I had things to eat.
I have the same issue 😕. Most planes don't have enough for vegetarians. They should order extra vegetarian meals. Atleast non veg people can eat them, but the veg people starve
I would say to just eat the meat anyway but at the same time you can develop allergies from staying away from specific food for too long. And getting an allergic reaction to eating something while in a plane that won’t land for hours, would be horrific.
@@TT35109 😆im born vegetarian. Respect that! That's not how you develop allergies by the way

I wish I could relate to growing up even having the means to fly on a plane. Now that I'm among adult and I can afford flights, I am just happy to be there.
I like how people think that by being rude, they will eventually get what they want. Like, no. That is DEFINITELY not how it works. Smh.
I'm vegan and I am a picky eater. When I fly, I bring more than enough food to feed myself. I never assume anything about food being available at places where you cannot leave and find food elsewhere if anything goes wrong. Besides, airplane meals are not very big anyway.
I have no dietary restrictions, but I’m just so picky that I always assume I’ll hate any options 😂 I bring enough that I know I’ll be fine and that if my friend or someone I’m traveling with wants some that I’m happy to share 🤷🏻♀️😂
Last time I flew the flight attendant accidentally gave my special (allergy) meal to a different seat and the passenger accepted it, but they were so apologetic and kind, and offered for me to basically make my own meal from any of the components of the regular meals that I could eat and the snacks they normally charged for. I really feel for flight attendants, since they must have to deal with so many people who are having a bad day.
I had this bad experience in Air Asia, we ask noodles where it's available on their menu but the flight attendant didn't listen they just passed away from us,not even telling us they don't have it anymore or what's going on until we got to our destination. That was very bad. We had flight from different airlines but the flight attendant are so accommodating
Complain to the desk agent to get an official record and then follow up with the airline. They will give you credit for the meal and will usually give you additional reimbursement. I’ve had this happen before.

That happened to me. I even had the receipt and I bought a special meal from the airline. They offered me an extra business class meal. I accepted it and thanked them.
To be sure this is really aggravating especially for people with specific diets. For example I keep kosher and if I was on a really long haul flight and they forgot my kosher meal I would be sunk. It's obviously not the flight attendants fault but I recognize the frustration
Happened to me once. Booked my special meal at the same time i bought the ticket. Then i confirmed the special meal at my 24h pre check in. I even called the airlines 1 week before the flight to verify i was booked for the gluten free meal. All was good. Get on the plane for an 12 hour flight, no meal and nothing gluten free available for me to eat. It was a sucky flight. I've never been so hungry.
I love this video. Delay Till it's No Longer Your Problem. That is so funny.... This is why people should travel with their own snacks and meals. You can prep your own and bring it with you in your carry on.

I just pack my own lunch for the flight so i don’t have problems like these 😄
This is why my family always calls 2-3 times before the flight to confirm. Sometimes we still dont get vegetarian meals on international flights. We end up just eating fruit and bread rolls for 12+ hours. This really happens!

Amazing how the same person can be so convincingly likeable and unlikeable. Thats talent.
I've actually had it happen before the other way around before - where the airline screwed it up on the tickets and the flight attendant had the crappy attitude with me lol. She kept telling me to 'book in advance in the future' and lecturing me, despite me having done so and me trying to politely explain how the airline chucked me on her flight last minute instead of a different aircraft... Luckily the other attendants were nice and I didn't have any issues explaining the situation to them and they helped me out which I appreciated!
Ahhivylco I'm laughing..
Btw stream butter Teaser!
I'm not vegetarian now but I still remember how this feels... In the hospital after a surgery I was given meat broth instead of veggie like I'd put myself down for. When I asked for it to be fixed, my mother said to the nurse maybe meat wouldn't hurt me right now, meaning maybe I need the nutrition. The nurse shut her down right away: "Now is not the time for any major dietary changes."
When going back to eating meat, or eating it by accident, it's usually actually the animal fats, not the proteins, that are the problem for digestion. And it's usually the grease that soaks into other food around it when they touch. So serving food from a spare meat plate can be a problem that way... Especially if it's beef or pork rather than chicken or fish. Not a risk I'd want on a flight since for some people the result comes out of both ends! For me it was just nausea but it could be intense, so combined with even a little motion sickness I would absolutely vomit it back up.
As cabin crew people have explained in other comments: airline meals have the various components packaged separately. They didn't take leftovers from a prepared meal, they took it from the extra unserved thus unprepared meals meaning there would be no risk of cross contamination.
It doesn't hurt to ask the flight attendants about this, if one is in doubt. It's a lot better than simply being dismissive.
@@Khenfu_Cake I would certainly not have behaved like she did, I just know how bad it feels. But that aspect should be explained up front on their part as well. I know I'd likely realize the origin of the spare meal bits too late and sit there worrying not eating until I could speak to another flight attendant. Of course, this is a skit! Plenty likely they'd explain in real life. And not acting the way the lady did makes it more likely they will be up front with you.
People are the only ones who can solve problems. Situations and problems may arise and that’s just life. But it’s important to treat other people kindly so they can actually have interest in helping solve your problems.

I love beef, and chicken.
I've only had one bad experience every other time the flight attendents were lovely !
One time on a flight Mom put my whole family for vegetarian. We couldn't eat anything else because we couldn't eat the meat because our religion. So when it was meal time they gave us pork. (The pork was cut up and mixed into the rice so we couldn't eat around it and it still touch it all) Non of my family could eat it and Mom was talking nicely to the flight attendent and showed proof we were vegetarian meal. We even asked if their was anything else we can have. We even asked for any leftover from the chicken or beef one since its safer to eat around those ones. Mom was being really nice and patient and was just asking if their was any other options.
The flight attendent was the rudest person I met, she didn't say sorry for the mix up she just started raising her voice going "Thats the food you get so eat it or starve". That made things worse, parents were pissed. Yeah so we didn't get to eat a meal for 14 hrs cause for some reason it was only one meal that whole flight. Mom also couldn't pay for those snacks since we didn't have any cash (Don't ask me why this was the one flight where they only accepted cash, Mom was confused since she only had card and most flights accept card). Family was not happy. We never went on that certain companies plane ever again.
Also we didn't have a snacks cause the Judy free store was closed at the airport that sealed snacks, we didn't know why.
This was the worst flight ever.
Like we wouldn't have cared if she was just nice going "sorry for the mix up we don't have 4 vegetarian meals to give you, but I can see what we can do" they didn’t they didn't care.
Something similar happened to us once, but my mother managed to get one bag of snacks in her purse. Our family of four shared that in a 14hr flight because the meals they were giving out had pork in them
Just because these people have the right to stop the passenger from traveling, they can be real bi@#$ sometimes, because they think only they are entitled to rudeness. Hospitality my a$$. No wonder they suffered in the lockdown.
