I especially love the longer ones (15 - 25 mins). I also love it when they are real and raw, not highly edited or aesthetic; something relatable and real.

If you don’t know what your niche is anymore, reinvent, and film yourself reinventing. We all hit that era, when we lose our purpose and need to pivot and re-strategize. Film it- it’s SO relatable. Maybe it’s time to go back to school, or find something that you’re passionate about and really dive into that. You love women and woman things- Find a way to empower yourself while empowering other women. Alisha said you guys donated all of that Parallel Apparel stuff to a woman’s shelter and that was really meaningful- expand on that. Start taking a few classes and go from there- you’ll figure out what your purpose is- you just don’t have to figure it out overnight. You have time! And after all is said and done, if all else fails and content creation doesn’t work out, you’ll have established a meaningful career that you can fall back on.
Do not compare yourself. You are enough. Daily vlogs are great to get to know you. Do content of daily advice for life choices, books, travel, and daily life items. Thank you Ashley for you!!

Ideas: trying Amazon kitchen gadgets or Amazon clothing try on hauls, learning how to cook new foods or trying new foods / restaurants/ snacks, have Instagram choose how your day goes by asking this or that questions (we can choose what you wear, eat, where to shop, what make up products etc for the day) that’s always fun. And I know school lisha is over but I truly see you doing well at short skits like when giving advice when doing sit downs or in general- nothing crazy or extravagant)things of that nature! Keep being you and your gifts and talents will help / reach more supporters! P.S. Since you enjoy girl talk, helping women and motivation you could incorporate answering questions or giving advice for specific topics that your supporters suggest while you shop, cook, eat, and do hauls! No clickbait, trendy videos. Honest vlogs where you’re giving it your all, sometimes failing, sometimes succeeding but no matter what, you’re being true to yourself and to your audience.

Also tiktoks about skincare would be soo helpful, you’ve always been a skincare queen. And just highlighting one product, or doing routines, or highlighting different places you love to go on walks or vacations, or even jumping on the underconsumption train.
So personally I'm in my 30's and I got lost, now am rediscovering what I'm capable of but also what I want to actually do instead of just being in survival mode. Could you do a kind of "starting a journey in your 30's series" could you try for social media marketing, consulting, editing, show that journey or show behind the scenes podcasting planning, L.A. living, struggles of getting around the city people don't normally see, local spots tourists don't know about etc. ...but the hard part is being consistent, not over editing, and just getting content out there so you can start getting back in the algorithm graces and get that push if you're wanting to continuing that. But if vlogging drains you where uploading once or twice a week PLUS doing other socials and the podcast would be too much, then that could be a sign it's time to shift out (mental health over all else❤). Example i thought about doing vids & documenting how I quit corporate in 2020, helped my husband start his business which i worked for too, on the side i did social media marketing and boutique consulting, got to go to the boutique summit in dallas last year and see the wholesalers and all 11 floors of the dallas market😍 and be an assistant buyer on that trip. I started my own store in the hemp dispensary industry had to fight with my state (TN) weekly and they still don't have answers and their new laws hit on July 1 with still too many grey areas that were scary so I decided to close my dream store, I'm in that hell right now😢. I have so many vids and pics and could show my journey, but my mental health and now physical health are too fragile. I have a face for radio and i know it, i can't get past it, so now I'm looking at corporate part time. Sorry for the novel, you may never see this but you're one of the creators that is my comfort watch to lower stress🫶. Good luck on your decisions and you are a joy to watch❤.

Before my boyfriend and I started dating (we now live together)we had very tough conversations about money, raising kids, respect and just anything and everything you can think of. My only advice to you would be (if you haven’t already) to talk to your boyfriend and discuss the roles you see the both of you playing in your relationship. If money is something you are concerned about right now and that’s what’s preventing you guys from moving in together then I would explore that more with him. Personally I think he should be the one to do everything in his power to make you feel like you can rely on him to make moving in together happen. The reason I say that is because you have such a good living situation going for you. I wouldn’t leave that unless a better offer for you comes along 👀 I mean that with the most respect but as women do what’s best for you always 👏🏽👏🏽 I say all this as someone who was also living with my family before and my bf made sure that if I was going to move out with him that I wouldn’t have to worry about paying rent or house bills. ❤️ I haven’t seen anyone else bring this up and I hope you read this ❤

It seems like the younger content creators are taking over social media. You stated that your money has gone down so you might want to reconsider not being a content creator and focusing on another line of work that you can pour your passion into. Social media is over saturated with people making content to monetize from. To be honest you don't post often on CZcams but probably on other socials. I kind of get this feeling from you that you don't feel stable enough financially in your line of work to make the commitment to move in together. Question, have you considered not being a content creator and pursuing something else?
I think her content is too similar to other content creators and it doesn’t have its unique flair. Every content creator shows the same stuff and it gets repetitive after a while. It’s hard to see her true self through the videos

I’ve been watching Ashley for like… 5 years (Alisha for 9) & for me they are just so familiar, I’d rather rewatch Ashley’s video 20 times than watch 20 similar videos by different creators. I have been loving just life vlogs, really. I think you just need to monetize it better. Maybe more videos like “10 morning habits for productive day”, etc. I was watching one video of this type & I saw how the creator made sure there is room for brand partnership in almost every point - they only used one partner in one part of the video, but they were ready for ANY partnership at ANY point, which is genius imo. Maybe even you have to focus on the age a bit? Being said that platform is over saturated with young creators - older viewers are still here, you just need to grab them. I think she's still trying to find her niche that separates her from others. Living with Alisha will give her the ability to figure out what it is. Finding what it is, trail and error. I wouldn't say quit, but reflection will figure out what her values are and if CZcams is a job or more of a hobby.
I honestly love your vlogs and never get tired of them. Some suggestions I do have though are easy meals to cook or take us on apartment tours with you and explain the pros and cons of each one. Do more vlogs with Taryn as well because she is such a vibe!

If you don’t know what your niche is anymore, reinvent, and film yourself reinventing. We all hit that era, when we lose our purpose and need to pivot and re-strategize. Film it- it’s SO relatable.
Maybe it’s time to go back to school, or find something that you’re passionate about and really dive into that. You love women and woman things- Find a way to empower yourself while empowering other women. Alisha said you guys donated all of that Parallel Apparel stuff to a woman’s shelter and that was really meaningful- expand on that.
Start taking a few classes and go from there- you’ll figure out what your purpose is- you just don’t have to figure it out overnight. You have time!
And after all is said and done, if all else fails and content creation doesn’t work out, you’ll have established a meaningful career that you can fall back on.
Do not compare yourself. You are enough. Daily vlogs are great to get to know you.

Also tiktoks about skincare would be soo helpful, you’ve always been a skincare queen. And just highlighting one product, or doing routines, or highlighting different places you love to go on walks or vacations, or even jumping on the underconsumption train.
So personally I'm in my 30's and I got lost, now am rediscovering what I'm capable of but also what I want to actually do instead of just being in survival mode. Could you do a kind of "starting a journey in your 30's series" could you try for social media marketing, consulting, editing, show that journey or show behind the scenes podcasting planning, L.A. living, struggles of getting around the city people don't normally see, local spots tourists don't know about etc. ...but the hard part is being consistent, not over editing, and just getting content out there so you can start getting back in the algorithm graces and get that push if you're wanting to continuing that. But if vlogging drains you where uploading once or twice a week PLUS doing other socials and the podcast would be too much, then that could be a sign it's time to shift out (mental health over all else❤). Example i thought about doing vids & documenting how I quit corporate in 2020, helped my husband start his business which i worked for too, on the side i did social media marketing and boutique consulting, got to go to the boutique summit in dallas last year and see the wholesalers and all 11 floors of the dallas market😍 and be an assistant buyer on that trip. I started my own store in the hemp dispensary industry had to fight with my state (TN) weekly and they still don't have answers and their new laws hit on July 1 with still too many grey areas that were scary so I decided to close my dream store, I'm in that hell right now😢. I have so many vids and pics and could show my journey, but my mental health and now physical health are too fragile. I have a face for radio and i know it, i can't get past it, so now I'm looking at corporate part time. Sorry for the novel, you may never see this but you're one of the creators that is my comfort watch to lower stress🫶. Good luck on your decisions and you are a joy to watch❤.
Hi Ashley. I hate that you’re feeling unmotivated but you’re one of my favorite content creators and I look forward to every video. To help you out, it would be nice to see a cooking video of your favorite meals, work vlog or an updated room tour.
Before my boyfriend and I started dating (we now live together)we had very tough conversations about money, raising kids, respect and just anything and everything you can think of. My only advice to you would be (if you haven’t already) to talk to your boyfriend and discuss the roles you see the both of you playing in your relationship. If money is something you are concerned about right now and that’s what’s preventing you guys from moving in together then I would explore that more with him. Personally I think he should be the one to do everything in his power to make you feel like you can rely on him to make moving in together happen. The reason I say that is because you have such a good living situation going for you. I wouldn’t leave that unless a better offer for you comes along 👀 I mean that with the most respect but as women do what’s best for you always 👏🏽👏🏽 I say all this as someone who was also living with my family before and my bf made sure that if I was going to move out with him that I wouldn’t have to worry about paying rent or house bills. ❤️ I haven’t seen anyone else bring this up and I hope you read this ❤

It seems like the younger content creators are taking over social media. You stated that your money has gone down so you might want to reconsider not being a content creator and focusing on another line of work that you can pour your passion into. Social media is over saturated with people making content to monetize from. To be honest you don't post often on CZcams but probably on other socials. I kind of get this feeling from you that you don't feel stable enough financially in your line of work to make the commitment to move in together. Question, have you considered not being a content creator and pursuing something else?
I think her content is too similar to other content creators and it doesn’t have its unique flair. Every content creator shows the same stuff and it gets repetitive after a while. It’s hard to see her true self through the videos

I’ve been watching Ashley for like… 5 years (Alisha for 9) & for me they are just so familiar, I’d rather rewatch Ashley’s video 20 times than watch 20 similar videos by different creators.
I have been loving just life vlogs, really. I think you just need to monetize it better. Maybe more videos like “10 morning habits for productive day”, etc. I was watching one video of this type & I saw how the creator made sure there is room for brand partnership in almost every point - they only used one partner in one part of the video, but they were ready for ANY partnership at ANY point, which is genius imo.
Maybe even you have to focus on the age a bit? Being said that platform is over saturated with young creators - older viewers are still here, you just need to grab them. So maybe focus on narrowing the content a bit to target 25+ age group
