    Here is a Korean-style recipe that you can easily make at home.
    Ingredients for 2 servings
    360 g rice
    100 g beef (thinly sliced)
    1/2 carrot
    2 bunches spinach
    2 eggs
    40 g takuan radish (shredded)
    2 sheets of grilled nori seaweed
    3 tablespoons/1 teaspoon sesame oil
    salt to taste
    2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
    A pinch of garlic (grated)
    A pinch of ginger (grated)
    Directions
    1) Peeled carrot and cut into thin strips.
    2) Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a frying pan, saute ①, sprinkle with salt and 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds, and put it into the pan.
    3) Remove root end of spinach, wrap in plastic wrap and microwave (600W for 30 seconds). 4) When cooked, add ③.
    Put them in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of white sesame seeds, and take them out onto the bat.
    ⑤Crack eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon sugar. ⑥Wipe the pan lightly, heat sesame oil (1 teaspoon), make long, thin egg rolls, and cut them in half lengthwise.
    ⑥Heat 1 teaspoon sesame oil in frying pan, fry takuan and when oil is well blended, remove from pan.
    7) Wipe the pan lightly and heat 2 teaspoons sesame oil. Add beef, garlic, ginger, 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds in this order.
    ⑧Put warm rice in a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons sesame oil and mix well.
    ⑨Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a makisu, place grilled nori on top, and spread ⑧ on top, leaving 2cm of nori at the back of the sheet.
    ⑩ Put ②, ④, ⑤, ⑥, and ⑦ on top of ⑨, leaving 2cm at the front, and roll tightly with makisu.

    You can make "Namul of carrot" and "Namul of spinach" and arrange them for bibimbap, etc.
    Easy Points
    Roll up in a round pan so that it is long and thin.
    Leave the nori at the back and cover the front with rice until it is just barely covered. The rice will act as an adhesive and prevent the roll from falling apart.
