Never fill the oil with car jacked up. Ensure it's on flat surface so you can get a true reading of the oil level.

Yes, you have to change the filter, because if you don't, the filter gets clogged up with contaminants and you engine will starved of oil and seized.

Hi, My 2014 Nissan Versa Note takes 5W30, This video is how to change the oil of Versa note, Different year of Versa Note takes different grade of oil. Just follow your service manual for the correct grade of oil on your car.

For my Note SV 2019 is oil 0W20 not 5W30 as we see

Sorry for the confusion, This 2014 nissan versa note sl takes 5w30, The video is the DIY of changing oil.
