    You are unbelievably helpful. You make it look so easy. My only comment is please also give the option for those without cutters. We are from all parts of the world so we may not necessarily have the cutters easily available.

      Hi Icang, the gum paste is called smart flex sugar florist paste. You want to use a florist paste or it will be named gum paste. And then I use corn flour/corn starch to keep the paste from sticking to the board. Hope that answers your question?

      How about sa powder that you use to color sa gumpaste?is that a good color powder?

    Can I make this a week in advance. Would that be too early?

      You can make sugar flowers up to 3 months in advance if you do not live in a very humid climate. Once they are dry and firm to the touch, keep in a card box in a cool dry place until you need them.
