I'm Caleb Marshall, born and raised in Indiana now living in Los Angeles with my boyfriend. My best friends and I dance around the world as The Fitness Marshall.
The reason it blew up was because the body positive community picked it up and loved that we could relate to Allison. She showed that we could do these things and they weren't reserved for women in small bodies. Allison, you're epic.

even as a larger man (not that i abide by gender norms) but there's also this like standard for being thin or muscly so when i saw a larger women i was like i love her omg imma do this every other day and i've been doing dance workouts ever since :')
Allison was the reason I started watching Fitness Marshall. To see a plus size woman participating and having no stigma about size really made me feel more likely to watch and try out your routines. "If she can do it, so can I". taki Taki was my favourite. Keep posting guys
I remember when Allison came back and just slayed it and how excited I was. She adds such an amazing dynamic to your group! This was really fun to watch, especially Caleb's evolution lol.

"Me Too" was influential for me because it was the first time I had seen dance or fun as fitness, the first time I saw someone who was not skinny in a fitness video, and the first time I saw a fitness instructor who showed their personality and who said things that made me laugh while exercising. For me this changed what exercise could be! It was a paradigm shift. Exercise had always been punitive and humorless and without fun for me. I never danced before that video. And to see someone who looked like me dancing so well made me believe I could be a dancer too. Also that song is empowering and there's good choreo, which is why I still do it regularly. Anyway, I love your "Me Too" video 😊
I love you all but seeing Allison in me too was a game changer. I appreciate that although she sometimes does the mods her choreo isn't dumbed down; that happens a lot in other formats. It's also clear how much you all love each other. It shines through. 🥰

💗I remember when Allison "quit" TFM team. We had a conversation at her last live STL show before stepping away, she was sad, I saw her tears. I am SO Happy she was able to come back!!!! I am thrilled to see the next level success you've all had since her return🤩

I also remember watching the Me Too vid on Facebook several times over and just watching Allison the whole time! It literally wasn’t until like my third or fourth time playing it back that I realized I knew you from Cardio Hip Hop at IU!! Happy to see you all gain so much success - I’ll be a forever fan ❤️
Confession: the Megan Trainor song /dance is still my favorite (and I love ALL your stuff). The song is so great and I adore the choreography... it's a great workout too. There is just *something* about this video that is a gem....and I know it is probably annoying since there are usage restrictions.

Me Too was the first Fitness Marshall video I saw..and I was sooo hooked! Seeing Alison in that video, doing her thang gave me so much confidence. I've never looked back.
Allison was honestly the reason I started getting more confident in my dancing and how I looked when dancing and when I danced to any of their videos with Allison in it made me comfortable and confident

i can’t speak for anyone else but the Me Too video has lived in my head rent free all these years because of the commentary/dancing during the pre-chorus “ go to church! let the spirit take over your body!” 🤣 i grew up in a pentecostal church where people would actually dance like that and it just slays me every time
When the quarantine started, I was looking through dance workouts and the Me Too workout was the first one that popped up. As someone who never danced as a workout before I am happy to say I've never left since. And you've changed my mind quite a lot when it comes to my perception of working out. Love you all and thank you💖💖💖

It was the first TFM video I found and I'm pretty sure I found it back around the time it was first uploaded.
I was into the song because of its positive mental message, then when I saw Alison included in your line up, it also became a body positive song for me, and even more relatable.
Your energy and the hilarious "go to church" bits had me hooked. I've been a fan of your drama and energy ever since. It's great to watch these react videos to see y'all squirm at watching yourselves, but the fact that you have these insecurities makes you human.
Finally, seeing you be critical of how you can sometimes come across is lovely but I just expect you to be over the top because you're TFM. 😆

That Meghan Trainor video is MY FAVORITE video from you! It's on a playlist even. TBH I came for the song, stayed for Allison, and fell in love with Caleb! I think at first I had sterotyped Caleb to be like, that super attractive guy who's probably super mean, but after watching you guys' content, I fell in love with the three of you as a group!

I loved the Me Too video cuz the juxtaposition of Caleb’s voice screaming and his muscles was just so intriguing and then addicting. And that dance is so fun for that song. This was a life-changing video for everyone imo. 🥰👏👏

You know what I never found Caleb annoying, really, tbh your energy was always so fresh, and I think we are all embarrassed about our past cause we inevitably change through time but we were and are only humans.
