I'm Caleb Marshall, born and raised in Indiana now living in Los Angeles with my husband. My best friends and I dance around the world as The Fitness Marshall.
One thing I always find hard with dealing with anxiety and depression (other than the obvious), is that no matter how hard you try to overcome it, you will always have those times where you feel like you haven't done any work to better it. A step back is normal but be proud that you know it will be temporary now and not you entire life! Thank you for sharing as always. I get it.
I love how open and honest you are about your mental health. Anxiety and depression is hard you are amazing caleb and you work hard you should be very proud of that xx
Thank you for talking about anxiety and panick attacks. I struggle so much and to see someone so amasing going through similar shit I dunno, makes me feel I'm not alone.
I find that when dealing with anxiety and depression we all have our ups and downs. Sometimes our downs feel more than the ups. Watching you grow has been a blessing and I see how much progress you make and even though you fight with your anxiety like we all do in our ways, you push through and as you say put your Fitness Marshall hat on. I do a stand tall, put the hands on the hips and look to sky haha as my counelor suggests. That you are in control of your own fate and when you can't control it - but need to get through it, sometimes we just gotta grind through it, even though it may be tough. I always do deep breathing techniques and focus on something until I get back to myself. It may last more than a couple of days, sometimes longer, but I eventually snap back to reality. I'm proud of you -I consistently watch your videos, and I see the struggles but I also see the uplifting positive of all of your lives. I'm grateful that you keep it real. You, Cameron, Allison & Haley have helped me so much gain more confidence within myself with all of your dancing, uplifting and positive energy. Be true to yourself always, Caleb, I've been watching your videos non stop this past year and just by learning about you and everyone and seeing everything that you all do - I want to say Congratulations with everything that you have accomplished.
Sending hugs. I'm proud of you, even if you never do another dance! You are an amazing person, and I think people are more concerned about Caleb than The Fitness Marshall. You're personality shines but sometimes even a flashlight needs to turn off and recharge! Take time for yourself. REST. RECHARGE!
P.S., next time you have a panic attack try to name all the Pokemon you can think of! (silly I know but it works for the kids I serve) One of the cooler grounding techniques I use. May want to even make up a move associated with the Pokemon to get even more grounded.
Signed, Your Friendly Midwestern Therapist! 😉💜
absolutely love your openness about mental health. I have felt those exact feelings of being overwhelmed and the need to just leave. It's wonderful to feel validated knowing other people, especially people I admire (you, obvi) go through the same stuff.
I have ADHD too and I go through the same thoughts and feelings all the time! You are NOT alone Caleb. You are such an inspiration with not only physical health, but mental health too! You got my body healthy again and I’m so thankful I found you on CZcams during Covid. And I’m working on my mental health with you! Keep pushing through! And come to Nashville next time please!!
Y'ALL WORK SO FREAKING HARD 😳😳😳
Thank you for sharing your journey! I was able to make it to the Seattle show with some friends and we were running late and you were so kind to take time to meet with us and even got Haley and Allison to come from backstage to meet us. I was really emotional during the show, crying and also feeling very uplifted. It was such an amazing show and I had so much fun! It really filled me up and gave me joy. Thank you, thank you for being YOU! 🥰
Im so sad that like a epileptic persone i can t be there (cuz of the lights) but is so beautiful to see the people have fun and enjoy it😊
I love the black and white transitions, such a great touch to the video! :)
Caleb you are amazing & so loved! You bring so much happiness to all that watch you & join you dancing! Way to keep moving & press through the tough moments! 🥰 Keep taking care of you! 😘
Caleb I feel for you with your anxiety. (and Haley, who I know also has anxiety)
I've been more depressed and anxious lately, but just know that you and all of tfm help a lot of people with their anxiety ❤😘
Caleb, you bring so much joy with your workouts 🧡 I recently found your videos and they're awesome 💖💓💗 I literally thought on Saturday evening, when I was feeling down & found and learned "Rain on Me" dance, and felt SO much better after that, it was like a weight on my heart lifted - that I hope you get to know how big of an impact you make in people's lives & how much joy you give. Don't worry about the restaurant incident, things like that happen 💜💙 Just keep going, you're so important 💝

You guys are the best! Love your vlogs!!!
Caleb know that you are an inspiration to me and others who suffer from ADHD, anxiety, and depression thank you for being open about it.
I find being too busy or too tired and not doing enough things for my own me time are all contributing factors to heightened anxiety for me.. sounds like you need a good rest and some time to refocus on some time for yourself ❤ you give so much of yourself to others it explains why you've not got a lot left for yourself.
Sending love and warm fuzzies always !
Thank you for sharing Caleb 💕 as much as it sucks it’s ok to have wobbly days

Caleb I absolutely love your vlogs! They are so relatable and so real. Keep working on you for you! And keep doing your best! 😊
P.S.- Are you considering doing Vlogmas this year? Just curious I've been bingeing your old content and enjoyed the day to day life aspects of the vlogs. 😅
Always remember that your mental health comes first before the Fitness Marshall. I'm glad that you're doing therapy and that it's helping you. Millions of people, including myself, suffer from some form of mental anxiety or mental health issues or disorder so you are not alone. I love you and want you to continue to take care of yourself and your well being. ❤❤❤😊😊😊
I can relate to anxiety is not fun at all I’ve I had anxiety attacks all my life even as a young adult

Caleb... Does Haley know you said any of these things? 😭

There are a number of studies that indicate that abrupt changes in altitude (low to high) bring on increased symptoms of anxiety and depression. So it may not only be your internal state of mine, but also your environment that affected you. Some of that overload may have literally come from outside of you due to the altitude. Altitude sickness is not just physical, and since you work so hard, the effects may come on faster. All of which to say don’t push yourself so hard.
You guys crack me up lol,
Oh Ur having a panic attack, I'm sorry. CAN I FILM IT???!!!
Love the necklace.
Sorry, anxiety sucks.
But, you are fine either way.
panic attacks can drive people to do the worst things to themselves so I didn’t watch for my own sake
I suffer from adhd
And then you have the East Coast which is absolutely beautiful. Let's not forget Canada is so much more than Toronto! But don't tell Torontonians that- they'll get offended! (Chill Torontonians- I used to be one!)

How could u still make the joke about you and Hailey, get over it you just got married to Cameron. Where is the wedding content?
You’re traveling so much. When are you going to putting into you wedding, making a video about it. Then settling a date for wedding after you’ve secured a venue. You need best men, maid of honor because getting shit done, etc. your hardest part will be your guest list. We, as in us out here, want wedding photos and videos to download. Don’t care if there’s part 1&2, get it done. Wedding stuff. This year.
he got married this weekend but he hasn't posted any of his wedding content yet.
Before you even said anything I remembered what vlog you were talking about where you sat outside around a fire 🔥 . So proud of you guys and happy you bring us along on your journey. 🖤🫂🥹 I totally understand your restaurant situation and you did exactly what was right for you. Although it feels like a setback it’s not you took care of yourself in the situation instead of staying. Your human and you are still going to have your highs and lows so be kind to yourself and know you are doing the right thing for your mental health. 🫂🖤
