2 Of the top 10 best super bowl plays EVER in this game.
The James Harrison 100 Yarder.
The Santonio Holmes killer catch.
Best Bowl Ever
Dont forget about how larry fitz had that amazing catch
@@evanholliday80 it’s sad that Fitz will retire without a ring, he is by far the greatest receiver to never win a ring and it’s sad to see his career be held back because of the fact he never got a chip
@@Daizlol he will go down as the greatest wr in history even better than rice and T.O and moss thats just my opinion
@@evanholliday80 Yea, it was amazing. Sorry about forgetting to name it. I am a Pittsburgh Steelers fan so my bad
@@evanholliday80 I don't are away from his catch , but Holmes had a spectacular catch.
Probably the greatest super bowl ever so many crazy plays back and forth action and legends all over the field
Even as a steeler fan Idk bout that. One of the best but idk about #1
@@Go_PSU definitely not number one but it’s up there
@@Go_PSU This and pats vs panthers for me
This was one of the greatest SB of all time.
Eagles vs patriots 2017
This beyond amazing ,he dropped the catchable ball on the left side of the endzone but comes back and catches an impossible thrown ball and comes down by a hair, amazing
That State Champ, National Champ, Super Bowl Champ club is still a single digit in numbers club. That's crazy.
Santonio Holmes was a beast and criminally underrated
this is the REAL Tony Toe-Tap
One foot down 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️

I’m so happy santonio Holmes showed up hard at the end of the game carried the team on his back towards the end Super Bowl 43 made me a steeler fan
This was back when Mike Tomlin was an up-and-coming young head coach, basically the 2008 version of Sean McVay/Kyle Shanahan. Lol
Now he’s as outdated as Chuck Noll and Don Shula in their later days
@@ChiefBlue4298 lol
@@ChiefBlue4298 13 years isn't even that long for a coach
@@ChiefBlue4298 yeah
Except McVay and Shanahan hadn’t won a Super Bowl yet
Never get tired of watching superbowl 43 highlights!
He also had an amazing catch with the Jets against the Patriots in the playoffs. Dude had a knack for those corner catches in the endzone
I’m a steeler fan and watched this live but damn my hands and feet were sweaty watching that last drive just now ! Crazy game
To think, that was over 11 years ago now, going on 12.
@@billny33 crazy how fast time flies. Guess we’re all having fun, eh?
He’s AB without the off field issues
I forgot about SH. Had a good career.
He had off field issues. That’s why he got traded
Santonio also had off field issues that got him traded in 2011
He liked to smoke huge blounts
Sorta
Mario Manningham’s catch in SB 46 for the Giants was incredible too.
Underrated comment
Also David Tyree's helmet catch SB 42
@@lolhi9626 but they weren’t touchdowns
@@zezewitdashot4213 Yeah, but they're still good catches
Manninghams was incredible!!!
We traded him away over some weed smh, Steelers let you down Holmes you were and always are a legend
he also had an issue on a airplane
I thought he threw a drink on a lady?
If he stayed off that, he would have been with us still in the super bowl vs the packers and I feel we would of had a better chance of coming back with him
In Pittsburgh ironically.
Definitely a bummer but he and the organization have completely made amends. He retired a Steeler as well
Imagine not only getting to and playing in arguably the greatest Super Bowl of all-time, but also balling out... Catching the game winning pass ANNND getting Super Bowl MVP. Still crazy.
Steelers sure know how to draft WRs
And turn them into divas
Whoever the wr scout is he the best in the game they just keep getting studs
@@collinghood6828 That is more of a coaching problem, since Tomlin lacks the balls to put em back into their places
@@alexg9601 Controlling grown ass men yeah your intelligence is showing
@@YoBankaccountformyparlay Actually, nearly every coach can discipline and control the behaviors of their players in order to ensure that they stay with their feet in the ground and follow the team's philosophy and scheemes, the one that seems to be born without a brain is you
He had me walking around saying that’s how you be great for at least 5 years 😂
Two of the greatest plays in super bowl history. Not to mention Bens absolutely amazing pass.
The helmet catch was amazing to

This was a great video. Thank you.
This guy was one underrated player in the game
He won Superbowl MVP
Plus please stop

That Steelers vs Cardinals Superbowl was one of the, screw it, THE most memorable game of my life. So much so that to this day I still respect the Cardinals and would probably root for them if the Steelers were out of contention or I had to pick an NFC team. I still believe Larry Fitzgerald deserves a SB ring more than anyone!
I too became a Steelers fan because of that 95 Superbowl game. I just liked the uniforms and I was a child and everyone around me was either a Redskins fan or a contrarian Cowboys fan so rooting for the Steelers seemed to be the most rebellious choice. Then of course similar to Santonio my parks and recreation football team was the Solomons Steelers and it just stuck from there on.
Out of all the players I miss from the Steelers, Santonio will always be one of the most memorable because of that phenomenal game winning Superbowl catch... what a moment it was !
That Cards D was so gassed near the end of the game after having several stops allowing Warner and the Cards to come back. Nonetheless, it was a tremendous catch.
I swear, the Pittsburgh Steelers know to draft great WR’s. Ward, Randle-El, Smith-Schuster, Holmes, Claypool. I LOVE my Pittsburgh Steelers!
Lynn Swann, AB, Stallworth etc
Can’t forget Dionte Johnson
Mike Wallace, Emmanuel Sanders
Schuster? Nah son. Nate Washington Mike Wallace and Emanuel Sanders
Nate Washington!
Great little doc. Awesome stuff Santonio!
Absolutely A Steel Legend 💯,Watched all of Holmes greatest moments this guy was a baller💯
Absolutely love Santonio ❤
I know I'm coming to this late, but this is one of the best videos of it's kind I've ever seen. Santonio is fantastic here.
santonio holmes was that dude. immortalized from this year in steelers history
Awesome AWESOME guy and video
Thank you so much Holmes
He is so humble...amazing
Thank you Santonio Holmes
It was an honor having you as a Steeler...always fun to watch play.
That was awesome all of it
I know the Falcons lost but the Julio Jones toe tap catch was 🔥🔥🔥
What about the Edelman shoe catch?
Yes indeed Sir
what a throw!!!!! what a catch
One of the greatest catches ever rrrrrrrrrrrr baby!!!!!!!!!!. Made me so happy I was crying ,praising God, screaming. 😊
I’ll never forget that final drive. Just like he said, he wanted all the smoke! Greatness!
my first watching super bowl mvp T_T
thank you...
Santonio is the man!! I still remember that game like it was yesterday. I also liked the Martavis Bryant's somersault catch vs. Cinci... That was pretty tight too. Something special about the #10 Stiller jersey and that back right corner of the end zone. LOL! But the Holmes catch, now THAT was clutch,... Superbowl champions right there, otherwise they have to kick the field goal and go into OT... nope nope nope... We got a miracle catch and that moment of Ben falling off the damn bench with excitement and then hugging Hines Ward while both giggle like little boys... that's what it's all about. 'Even today (Jan 9 2022) the Stillers are STILL making impossible stuff happen, how the HELL we got in the postseason is just a miracle. I don't know if we'll go very far, the low seeded teams look awesome, but that's just the Steeler way, underdogs, battling through and making it happen at the last minute.
Also, Santonio Holmes got money... enough money to hire a stylist, don't let this poor man walk out to get his MVP trophy wearing argyle over plaid... come on...
That superbowl still haunts me til this day and I was in elementary school.
Best ever game/ throw/ catch hands down…. Sucks you went to nyc but it’s life
I'm Steelers fan this was a epic game
Santonio Holmes,
Big Ben and James Harrison immortalized superbowl 43 as the greatest one ever. The Steelers are the best NFL franchise of all-time.
Is it possible..I am more impressed with that catch after hearing the backstory..tears- why did that team break-up..best team we had since the 70's.❤️
YO. If Tone made the first catch on the other pylon, that woulda been the poster of all-time
Black And Yellow til I die 💛 ⚫ been a steelers fan since I was a baby grew up being a steelers fan Santonio Holmes had the greatest 2 feet in td catch in history 🐐
Best pass ever
Man !! we had an awesome team !!!
i cry in that game and cry again watching this ,,,,, PS4L
Man…I already know the outcome
but that play & catch , THAT DRIVE topped off with that play & catch, still , STILL makes Me go
“ OHHHHH! OMG , SO DOPE! “
Unbelievable…. Unbelievable Game .
The blocking on that Harrison play was….unfathomable
Santonio absolutely deserved MVP of that game, but it’s a shame Ben wasn’t recognized as well. I know co-MVPs isn’t usually a thing, but they should’ve made an exception for this one
“THAT’S HOW YOU BE GREAT!”
-Santonio Holmes
Excelsior!
Ben's pump fakes were always great and fun to watch the plays he made after the pump fakes
Those weren't pump fakes most of the time; that was Ben changing his mind.
"Greatest Super Bowl catch of all time"
David Tyree and his helmet: "Am i a joke to you?"
Mario Manningham and his double coverage on the sideline: “Howdy”
To be clear 👆was a joke and Holmes’s catch was awesome and a certain contender for best SB catch ever
@@MARKOUTTV if there was ever a “perfect” pass, that was it. It was thrown so well that only Manningham could have caught that.
@@beani24329 Spectacular throw
David Tyree's helmet catch was the greatest super bowl catch of all time!
Julian Edelman: Am I a joke to you?
One of the great catches I’ve ever seen in my life
Amazing yes, best debatable
Julio’s catch in Super Bowl 51 was one of the best for sure and Edelmans catch
SH was a beast for a couple years in the league.
Buckeye Legend
I remember watching this series thinking "this single man is winning this for the steelers NOW"
The engraving is what did it for me
This was one of the best plays in the Super Bowl ever, but the Helmet Catch was the most improbable play in Super Bowl History not from just the craziness that happened on the play, but the circumstances surrounding the game. The 16-0 Patriots vs the 9-7 Giants, last chance for the giants to score a touchdown, Eli somehow escapes a sack, and throws a prayer down the middle of the field. Tyree catches the ball on his helmet over Rodney Harrison and around 5 Patriot defenders. A play that will never happen again.
10-6 Giants.
To me, I have a feeling it will happen again.
R.I.P my dear friend Bryan 7/14/92 - 2/2/09 he was a die hard AZ fan who killed himself because Antonio Holmes caught that TD. It makes me sick. One man's triumph, another man's tragedy.
Are you serious?
"The greatest super-bowl catch"
David tyree's helmet has left the chat.
RIGHT?!?!?!
Holmes had the greatest super bowl touchdown catch, Tyree’s helmet catch was a whole other level of insanity.
Robert Alford’s ankle has also left the chat
thats because that catch wasn't a game-winning touchdown, and over three defenders
His is one of the best no doubt but he didn't score a td
Thank you for letting me relive this moment this was the greatest Super Bowl ever
Clark from the 49ers is smacking his couch right now. Lol
in heaven
That game was insane. And it seemed like Fitz just sealed it but no prob the most tightest throw in catch ever in a big game.
Santonio mvp holms
I ain’t even gonna lie you should make one on Damien Williams vs the 49ers
Last year 🔥
🔥💯
Ceedee Lambs game looks so much like Santonio on the field
Why is nobody talking about how good that throw by Big Ben was tho
Cause they all hate him
Ben was amazing in that final drive. I think he should have gotten MVP over Holmes. Santonio had the game winning catch and put together a solid stat line but I just think Ben did more.
FLORIDA BOY!!!♠️👌🏿 56ACE!!!
I remember him vs notre dame in fiesta bowl
I had a Jets Santino Holmes jersey, it seems random now but I really thought he was gonna take them places
Happy for Holmes but devastated for Fitzgerald
I would argue Julian Edelmans catch on 3rd down in falcons superbowl when he caught it 2 inches over the ground is the greatest catch ever
Steelernation
THAT WAS THE GREATEST SUPERBOWL EVER, GO STEELERS
No one remember stats but everyone remember the biggest clutch plays in the history of the SUPERBOWL
I was watching this game against the cardinals at Walmart I was all hype n sht 😂
There should be a statue of Holmes making that catch at the Steelers stadium. He’s a good man & Steelers should’ve tried harder to keep him.
After watching the Santonio Holmes catch perhaps God knows Mecury Morris
CLASSIC !
Poor Larry Fitzgerald. He played his heart out
To bad we can't get it together -_-
Is that Kemba Walker in the thumbnail?
I never knew Bruce Arians was the Steelers Offensive Coordinator from 2007-2011 just like I never knew former Carolina Panthers Head Coach and now Washington Football Team Head Coach Ron Rivera was a linebacker and played on the 1985 Bears Team
David Tyree says hello
I always argue that his one drive in the Super Bowl outweighs a lot of receivers whole careers even though he didn’t have a long career I’d rather have a Super Bowl MVP and a ring than a bunch of meaningless numbers with no ring to show for it
I actually agree!
David Tyree would like to have a word
NFL : The best super bowl catch ever
David Tyree : 👀
