    Hi, it was good to hear your suggestions. Now I will tell you what has worked for me. "MUSIC", is at the top of my list. I absolutely LOVE MUSIC, it makes me feel good, I sing sometimes with whatever is on my radio in the vehicle, at home I listen to my CD Collection. Reading helps me many times feel better and stronger. And third I'll talk to God, or say a prayer. It ALWAYS WORKS FOR ME. I miss my old friends that are not around closeby. But I always feel good when I can HELP SOMEONE ELSE. Thank you and peace to everyone.🤗🫶👍
