In today's video, I am going to talk about the enbloc procedures. I have this thought after realizing some homeowners that own old properties are going thru an enbloc sale. They are not aware of the procedures and their rights. Here, I hope to share my knowledge on enbloc with you.

@@alanweeproperty what’s the steps to engage your agency eg just approach your agency with property name?
Also must see whose on board to kickstart,,if u got blur like sotong silly one,,that’s it,,died even born,,textile centre very few members try kickstart early this year,,but with low percentage turn up ,,ura barred enbloc for 2 years!
I don't do enbloc sales.
U can engage the enbloc sales agency like JLL, KF, Cushman, etc to explore yr options.
