    He almost touched the ball on the onside kick, but then basically carried Pickens afterward. And on the TD run, the official automatically threw the flag thinking it had to be holding, but Washington basically just enveloped the defender. The blocking sled video from the draft combine is classic watching.

    Natural evolution. If teams continue to put smaller edge rushers on the field, the counter is to run right at them with big TEs.

    • @williamweber6406
      @williamweber6406 Před 7 měsíci +1

      Agreed. So many teams wanna put too many fast, agile edge rushers that can't compare to a lineman if they're getting pulled by a guard. Imagine if we motioned Washington from one side of the line to the other for blocks? If that dude is in motion as the balls snaps we're gonna start seeing some pancakes every game.

LOL If Tomlin couldn't win a SB with a top 5 offense(Killer B's) and a pretty good defense I'm sure they won't win another playoff game let alone a SB now. Besides Cowher is better than Tomlin. Could Tomlin take the Steelers to the SB with that traitorous b*tch Neil O'Donnell and almost win(even though Dallas paid off O'Donnell to throw the game) I don't think so. Tomlin needs to be fired for the fact that he let this team go from SB contender to dumpster fire team among other factors, letting the coach less Browns win a playoff game(first Browns playoff win in 25 years), not firing Matt Canada in a timely basis, or hiring him in first place, an 8-9 playoff record, not winning a playoff game in 6 years years....shit I could go on and on.

    Can't forget Pat for the effort on that Najee run he stays and pushes forward, it's great to have him back. It shows that even though we had issues, player injuries effect all teams as it did for the Steelers. Almost like losing TJ for most the season, the TJ impact is massive so please don't jump and say I'm comparing but we need to throw the ball down the middle and create better opportunities and the schedule is easy, great opportunity to control ball, give Defense rest and start sharpening the tools we have. what a miserable way to be a fan but Steelers have recently pulled strong second half of the season. Lets be honest, as a top tackle that can play both sides, pulls like no other, still is a receiving threat if he reports eligible, he'll make more money in his nfl career than he ever would at TE. Especially if he stays on the Steelers behind Pat F.
