I have a twin sister, too. One of my regrets is that we never really got a chance to live together when we became adults. You girls are so blessed to have each other. We definitely would have had moments like this.
I love, literally love you two. So nice to look at videos like self care and eating good fresh healthy food while incorporating meditation and yoga!! I just can’t articulate how appreciative I am to see our women incorporated health and self-love. Men are such a small aspect of our lives as women and I like that this channel focuses on positive things. I always do a self care day on the weekend, sometimes Saturday and Sunday depending on how my week went and what I am facing the upcoming week! Masks, mani, pedi, deep conditioning. Its such a need to have me time and to take an hour or so to slow down and just breathe ! So I did my self care Sunday with you girls today ! 💕

I started watching this channel when I first went natural but you ladies have always done your own thing and definitely grew with your audience and for that I say thank you! No they use good ole tap water, but I’ve been told distilled water is better. Guess it’s a preference.
@@RR-zy5qm distilled makes it last longer. Tap water can cause build up in the motor.
