Just book it if you can afford it.
I remember when Joe Bonamassa used to play this song with Eric Czar and Kenny Kramme in the early 2000's. Long before the backup singers and 2nd guitar player and organ player. He was much better to see live about 20 years ago. Bring back the 3 piece band!
As a guitarist I could watch this so many times - once just to see how changes pickups throughout the song, one to watch his right hang attack, once to watch his vibrato, once to see his subtle but effective use of effects, one (well much more than once) to learn the riffs, once to see how uses the volume control on guitar and many times to admire that killer vintage Strat. This is just a gem of a video! Thank you :)
joe is a outstanding guitar player and deserves all his success, such a humble person he doesn't have a bad word to say about anybody, love joe, that's why other guitar players want to jam with him.

Joe played Rory's strat at London's Royal Albert Hall in 2013. What a cconcert! Please order the DVD if you really like Joe. The best investment you will make. I have watched it a 100 times. Incredible!

Wish I didn't have a fear of not seeing Land or I would be right on the ship! Oh, you never disappoint! My wife played that intro song last year for me when I was 63 days in ICU, 17 weeks total in the hospital. And I went on this cruise… Life‘s funny that way!🙏💃🏻🎸

He's good. But I prefer his vibrato when he was a teen in bloodline, sounded slower like srv's vibrato, now he has extra-fast eric clapton vibrato.
