Elendes Gewichse
In the time of division maybe this kind of brilliant music can bring us all together. I can only hope.
The Division has been planned since the 60's, they is no Division amongst the people only the one created to control us.
Music never bought people together. Just physically in an arena.
This might be the hardest anyone has ever rocked, and I'm a metal head!
Wow !! Must have been like heaven during this jam !!! He was right - doesn’t get any better than this for aficionados
For those who are not Familiar with Phrygian mode, it is one of many hundreds of scales in music. Each Scale creates its own type of mood. On the piano, you can create a Phrygian mode by starting on E and going up with all white notes. In fact, flamenco often uses the Phrygian mode.
I think only Eric gales did that mode correctly in this jam 9:38
most of the time this is not phrygian, but harmonic minor 5 (g# instead of g)...just sayin' 😉
Phrygian dominant is a good starting point for flamenco but you’ll still be missing two important notes. The flamenco scale has nine notes.
Are you Phrygian with me
It’s a minor, c major, ect
So nobody’s gonna talk about Eric’s upside down strings, mind blowing
exactly what i noticed. this guy is mind blowing for real!!!
First saw him when he was 16, had the same setup!
That makes sense. I was getting confused by his finger placement.
Just like Hendrix!
Imagine what he could do playing natural 🤯 . ( He’s not a leftie).
This isn't just music... this is a GREAT GIFT !
Two masters giving a master's class!!!!❤❤❤
Who in their right mind would thumbs down this performance.
320 damn fools, Sir.
jon lennon Helen Keller.
@@dew02300 Helen Keller would have been hooked up...Period.
One of the greatest guitar performances of all time. I have no clue as to why someone would down vote this.
333 people, I can't fathom 333 people hitting the dislike button. Why are they even on this video if this isn't what they like or enjoy listening too? :|
At 2:42 look at the happiness on Erics face when he turns something up on his pedals. You just know that he's ready
Jawdropping!!! In fact, my jaw is touching the floor. This is MUSIC!!!
7:40 that moment is insane
That was a treat. They complement each other completely. Watching with a smile on my face for that pure rock out session.
If that doesn’t put a smile on your face I don’t know what will
Eric gales is bloody genius , just blow me away everytime I listen to him performing live , joe bonamassa is a monster as well !
This is the soundtrack in heaven.
pretty sure my life has changed forever now that i watched this.
Love the way they fed off of each other. And both were blown away by each other.
Love how professional they are to crowd and each other no one is trying to do out each other and blasting one out beautiful
Got some Phrygian Dominant progression going on in that bridge and it’s delicious.
Had to google that one Jonathan, however you're absolutely right, as soon as you hear and understand the scale, their ripping solos come through clearly! Deadset legends, the pair of them! Looking forward to a Keeping the Blues Alive Cruise one day!
Mr. Gales was on the south stage a year ago and owned the stage!!!And testify not only with his Strat but also with his words of redemption and the worth of life. Truly a great man.
Great strat" and joe" 😃🎵🎵🎸
