So if i build a LEMP stack and put documentation on the webserver locally, you could use this AI as your office support.
You would need to add the documentation as a link or PDF, Word Doc etc.
What happens when the data is updated on the website ? Like some new products or any change in the inventory ? The chatbot is trained with the previous knowledge and don’t have access to the links of new products
You press a button that's says "Retrain Bot". Soon it will be automated at your choice of intervals

Not at the moment but soon. In the meantime you can ask the chatbot to send them to a contat us page or give a phone numbet etc if it doesn't know the answer to a question.

You just add a snippet of code to their header. Very easy process. Most cases they will already have a "Web Guy" that you will just send the code too and they will do it.

@@jddm38 Wordpress is easy to add code into. You can use the header/footer plugin. In the next 10 days we will have a wordpress plugin anyway.

I hate these things and they are totally useless as they only help with things I already know or can find myself faster. Cancel all this AI Customer Service and put a real person on the line to handle real problems.

For a company to employ a person to respond to your live chat request it's a very expensive option. Not least they have sick days, give incorrect answers or different answers to another support agent. Plus, having a person handle a live chat 24 hours a day, means multiple staff.
Alternatively, you can use an AI chatbot that gives the same correct answers every time, works 24/7/365, can handle hundreds of people using it at once and costs $19 per month. On the odd occasion it is asked a question it does not know the answer to, it can refer the visitor to a contact form or telephone number for human help.
This is the future, why would anybody answer boring questions when a computer can do it for free
