Some (a lot of) mums actually experience having bumps and tender breast after pregnancy (Breast Engorgement) my mum would use cabbage leaves, she would grab a leaf from the fridge and place on her breast which helped ease the pain (bumps) you could try it out if you want or you could place a cold pack for 15min to help also as many times needed. Hope this helps!
