The song is a b-side track from the "Cream Soda" album. Both Kai and Sehun's vocals were recorded in this. In fact, all the songs were recorded even before Kai enlisted. They were just about to shoot the MV, all of a sudden Kai enlisted. But this VCR was shot before the fan meeting.

Love Fool is on EXO's latest album, Exist. Kai and Sehun are both on this song and the whole album. Kai was in one of the verses and the beginning of the 2nd chorus. And to answer your other question, both Kai and Sehun are public service workers due to having prior injuries.

This song belongs to the "Exist" album, but the MV was made for the fanmeet and released online after too. There's a making of of this if you ever want to watch it! And yes, kai is in the song! For example right at the very end, though it's a bit difficult to distinguish since it's him and sehun taking turns, it happens a couple times throughout the song. At 3:04 on your video, when the recipe is being displayed, that's him singing too! And then at 7:51 too. There's a few more lines but I think these are the most noticeable ones

Also wanna share when exo did online fanmeet of exist promo. A fan ask Chen if he could sing love fool, he was confused coz he forgot they had that song. U can find a clip of that. Watching this mv made me glad chen remembers this song now đ

EXO have like 8 full albums and 7 EPs(?) and there is so much still to hear!
Both Kai and Sehun are doing public/social service postions (as did Baekhyun) which is common for those with health/injury issues. The downside to the less intensive service is that you serve for longer than those in active service (and it's also really hard on people who don't have a lot of financial resources because the pay is VERY low).
