We met Adam briefly last year on our way home from Weipa when the young lad that was with him broke down in hind dmax great guys. Mint epp guys makes me want to head back to the nt or Weipa and flick a line take care and enjoy

I tried some Mother in Law fish last week and didn't like it at all. It had an ammonia type smell and taste when cooked and like yours was a bit rubbery. Much prefer the coral trout we also caught and cooked!!!
