Hi guys. We just did 3mths trip from Perth.
Marble Bar, Katherine, Nhullumby.
Mt Isa, Big Red Bash Birdsville, Mangerannie pub, Farina, Maree, Gawler Ranges, Port Augusta back to Perth. Love the NT. Loved Gove but 700kms from Katherine a long drive in. Loved it there.

That same curry paste brand, Passage to India, also have a great stir fry sauce range. I love the teriyaki chicken, which I add to whatever meat and veg I have on hand (yum with steak, cook the steak as desired, rest on a plate for slicing later, stir fry veges, add the sauce, add the sliced steak, simmer for 5 mins to warm steak through, serve with with rice or udon noodles). I usually get one of each in the weekly shopping trolly. LOL, I also have to find ways to stretch a meal out to feed a lot of bellies, thanks so much for the papadum and naan bread recipe and tips❤.

The Australian wilderness (or the mere thought thereof) still fills me with qualm and panic, but at the same time, being away from Australia for a week or two and I inevitably begin to miss those trips to the fern gullies and marshes and falls... It's a mixed and complicated feeling that I have towards everything on this "planet" so fundamentally different from where I'm from.

I grabbed the same rtt like you have on the 300. Great tent. Little tip, if its windy just put a little ratchet strap from top of ladder to your wheel. because that part his very light.

not sure, I originally thought it makes that whole bin unusable. In NSW there is an ad on the TV all the time saying to take them off. My hubby never takes them off and wouldn't believe me until he actually saw the ad one day. Maybe all Stataes are not the same.@@Jase-so2tm
