I saw him in concert the best ever, even better than the old one and he is hot!
Such a great story. I saw them here in Las Vegas. The band sounds great technically and Arnel recaptures the great sound of Steve Perry. A must see concert!
Arnel is such a gentle guy, he doesn't look like he could hurt an insect.
I don't get tired listening over & over to Arnel Pineda story. Just happy and proud of him. What a succees!!

Look how YOUNG their audience is, here...and is today, 16 yrs later. This isn't just a revived band, this is a rebirth...with decades left. We are SO LUCKY..but then, so is Journey. Arnel isn't even remotely the only winner here... life is SO SELDOM this kind.
With Honesty and humility, (AP) this talented tenor rock star possesses-- and at this time ..it is Arnel's 14th year with Journey as the lead singer-- the longest lead singer of Journey -- it is pretty amazing....With gruesome traveling on Tour Concerts singing LIVE.- singing 15-20 songs in one night .. this method can be very stressful and unhealthy. Hope Arnel don't get sick on the process of his hectic schedules on Tour Concerts !
Yep I agree, singing is something you can't just buy another guitar string and you're good to go again like new, with age it will degrade. Arnel at 54 I'm sure it's hell lot steeper for him to sing these songs but I have no doubts that the band would retire with Arnel being the last singer.

That's true Arnel sings Live, no Auto tunes. The concert goers were not shortchanged. What you see is what you get.

There are many guys like Arnel in our country. I myself can nail a Vedder or a Cornell song.. And when I go to bars in Manila, there are more lots of guys way better. I seen guys do a Highway Star effortless.. I also saw one time somebody did a System of a down chopsuey and sounded almost the same..

Upload your video then. Not just 1 but 10 other songs of journey. You can be good at one song but not all of it. But arnel nailed it all.

In an interview,before going to the U.S(Jan 2008)Arnel said he will be there for six weeks only to do concerts in Chile,then Las Vegas.
Maybe during those times Journey management is also,aware of how the audience and the fans will accept Arnel as the new frontman.
As we all know Arnel exploded like a bomb after Chile and Vegas concerts.the audience and fans accepted him well.concerts tickets were sold out.concert promoters are over eager to book them
